@@TatyanasEverydayFood I just checked the Amazon prices for citric acid..u will find a small pouch in the Indian grocery store for around $3...we use citric acid in a few pickles/drinks which needs preservation, so that item is available in most Indian groceries. And its always a good excuse to chk out a different store..u'll find cheap spices and frozen naan and prepackaged Indian foods.
