IT: Come ogni anno con l'inizio dell'estate si avvia la raccolta del frumento, quest'anno messa a repentaglio dalle condizioni climatiche sfavorevoli. Ad oggi le moderne tecnologie hanno raggiunto tutte le fasi delle varie lavorazioni agricole, semplificando e/o aiutando le attività agli operatori del settore. Ad ogni modo è bene non dimenticare le vecchie tradizioni e la storia delle lavorazioni. Proprio per questo in questa azienda della bassa modenese l'ultima parte di grano viene raccolto simulando un'estate degli anni passati con la trebbiatura fatta con Laverda M120, di seguito la produzione e raccolta dei "ballini" di paglia e infine l'aratura con Fiat 1000 e R80; non potevano mancare i Landini "testa calda" e altri mezzi d'epoca, ma soprattutto la cena in gruppo con tutti i lavoratori.
Si ringrazia l'azienda per l'organizzazione e la bella iniziativa e tutti coloro che hanno permesso che si potesse svolgere questa giornata.
