@dropkickmolotov I don't feel sad about that but I feel sad for everyone else. I only really loved two songs by them, Good thing and Aidans Song. Now I need to go through Jacob's Castle songs and see if I can fin any I enjoy. First few I've listened to so far sound .... not for me unfortunately. But my mind is stupid picky with songs.

Being born in ‘99, in OC, and growing up going to long beach a ton, I was a huge sublime fan by 10. I’m now crying hearing the Nowell of my generation. So good. 👏🏼

I love the way Jake sounds, his voice is unique and his own. The rest of the band rocks as well. The music is tight and has a great groove. I've been following on Instagram for awhile and i really dig the band.

If you like Sublime and aren't lying to yourself out of sentimental attachment to Sublime/Brad's lagacy.....then you are most certainly not liking what Jakob is putting out. @@EvolveProgress dang this aged POORLY. His last two major shows, especially No Values showed he is learning his dads work and sublimes work SOOOOOOOO well and is KILLING it as the lead for Sublime. I am glad he showed people like you wrong in your doubts :)

@@CAC.88 Hey, I'm not afraid to eat crow. He seems to have matured a lot recently and he seems to be figuring out his place with the band....but I haven't come fully around on Jacob yet. I wish him all the best this may turn out to be the most epic reprise in music history. If they release an album of original music with Jacob, we all win.

You are insane if you think Jakob could fill Brad's shoes. Their voices do not sound alike. You can hear a little bit o' Brad stylee once in a while, which I'm sure comes from imitating karaoke style Sublime songs. Rome should never have gotten involved. Look, Brad was Sublime. Yeah, Eric's bass lines were dope as fuck and Bud was always right on time....but Brad was Sublime. Let it be what it was. And let someone else listen to Jakob's bipolar schitzo rock, it's no good anyway.

You must not be a musician, your entitled to your opinion but these guys are solid, they sound good and these songs are well written, and I am a musician.
