@@pualbaptiste8617 all legal sir. I had 6 months unemployment once and a lower paying job for 2 years so I income averaged for 3 years for a big EIC. The only people who really make good on taxes is a single mother which the government encourages a single mother to stay single.
Did he not think before he opened his mouth?? You have no idea who is watching this!! He brags that he has 5 kids - yeah, and how many are you supporting with all the money you're getting from your "rap career"??? Time to step up and be a daddy!!!
Since we are talking about names, I can finally tell this story. I worked with a half Japanese lady (my mom is also half Japanese) who had five kids with her 1st husband. She was newly married to her second husband at the time. They had a baby girl together and named her Midori, because all of her kids had Japanese names. Well, I was telling my mom and grandma about it one day because I thought it was just a regular Japanese name. Well, my grandma said "Do you think she knows it's also the name of a type of liquor?" So, I asked my coworker about it. She said "Yep, I knew that because it's my husband's favorite liquor!"😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I like how intelligent, well spoken and informative she is. She takes the time to educate the individuals going to court and the audience afterwards. I definitely enjoy the content.
I think he meant that normally in some courts Information obtained by deception isn't able to be used as evidence. In this case, clearly didn't help him.
Impartial my arse! She just made an example of that mother. Don't be smug? Pfft I'd be smug as hell if I found evidence he was earning more than he said. If he's earning more from his 'baking' ( and lets not be in any denial about what that means) then he should be paying more for his kids. JVB is wrong here.
she was biased here her attitude shouldn't change the fact that he makes way more money and so the child support should be proportional to that???? how does her knowing about it change that? SHE OBVIOUSLY KNEW ABOUT THE BUSINESS THAT'S WHY SHE ASKED TO INCREASE IT??? Like this was so confusing. How would she ask you to increase it if she didn't know he had. ahigher income?
Something wrong with people that views taking their own kids as babysitting or doing the other parent a favor. Praying for my community, they need help Lord 🙏🏾
The way the Mom chuckled and adjusted her glasses after he made a fool of himself admitting he hadn’t filed his taxes in years 😂🤣💀 shit had me dead! “Ehhhh ohkey…thet’s between yew and the IRS…that ain’t got nothin to do with me…”
I was told that the judges real the cases are real just that the people are actors and they are basically doing a dramatization of what actually happened
He made the choice NOT to show up to court the first time! And the fact that he hasn't filed taxes with the IRS, what else is he being dishonest about??
And she actually thought she was going to get more than double what he was already set to pay. She’s just a gold digger and you know she intentionally got pregnant. Sad those twins were only conceived as a money grab opportunity.
Is there anyone else out there that dislikes when a parent says they have to babysit their own children? It’s not babysitting when it’s your own children…. It’s parenting.
“Don’t be sorry! just don’t do it!” I love this and will be using it on my kids! I don’t know how you popped up in my feed but I am completely obsessed! Love your show!
I have nothing but respect for Judge Vonda. Comparing this judge to many other judges I have seen on TV, this young lady is by far the best. Most professional, most respectful, most firm but polite, and the most sincere. She is not snippy like Judge Judy. Judge Vonda can be funny but actually does bring the folks back to the point of the case and focused whats best for the kids. I am so glad I am watching her court cases here. Thank you Judge Vonda. I am a lipreader and I see you have rubber bands in your mouth (lol). That has nothing to do with your character though, thank you so much for being you.
I love love the purple glasses. She brought him back thinking she was going to get more money but didn't. She thought the judge was going to throw the book at him but didn't. Love the video.
I live in South Africa and I appreciate how fair judge Wanda is in her judgements. I all get flash backs of my late mom with how much shade she throws when she gets irritated.
We need more of these intelligent women setting on our benches. God Bless Judge Vonda B she calmly carefully puts them both in their place. God broke the mole when he created this Judge.🙏
Had to rewind when he told the Judge he hadn’t done his taxes in 3or 4 years 😂. Then she calls out how they are dressed alike. Judge Vondra keeps it real.
Your Honor, I wish there's someone like you in the Philippines who can directly solve and dismiss a case. The annulment, for instance, takes two to three years before a judge grants it, even when the obvious reason is there that the couple can really no longer be together. And worse, some they get denied. I love watching your videos. So much respect for you, Your Honor. ❤
Both of these individuals irritated me to the core. The mother asking for money and reimbursement, the husband don't care and doesn't want to be around because of his "business ". Two people who are not responsible on any level
Why do parents who make this kind of money per month refuse to pay a fair amount for child support? I don’t understand why they try to get out of supporting their children.
Why is he reimbursing her the full amount of health insurance. Shouldn't it be half attributed to each. She is just looking for a money grab for herself.
It depends. They split it up like oh he should be paying part for clothing and all of child support none of child care or 50/50 all the way around. Or 40/60. It just depends on the income really
If child support is determined, based on how much money you make, how can that judge tell that man that if his fundraisers cease to exist, it wouldn’t affect his child support? Funny when he’s making the money, it affects his child support, and he pays more. If he stops doing that he doesn’t pay less? It’s like being at a clown rodeo
Children are only as expensive as you make them be. I have six children we go to the thrift store for clothes. We do buy some new things like shoes, underwear and socks, but kids don't need all the stuff that people think they do.
Same had 4 raised 6 we went thrift stores, yard sales and esp clearance sales at stores and bought a size or two ahead. If u buy winter clothes in spring clearance sales u get like 75% off new clothes. It isn't that hard to raise kids on a budget. Even shoes boots snowsuits etc can be bought a yr ahead on clearance sales. Buy xmas gifts a bit each month and start on boxing day so by Dec u have presents.
You buy for your children based on your ability to pay. We paid for sports, dance lessons....the more experiences children have the more educated you become on many levels. Yes, money makes a huge difference, no "bare bones".
