Ryan I think it’d be cool if you did like a like river with like a waterfall next to your driveway. I know it’s easier said than done, but I think you can control the water and make it look really nice that way

Love that you are starting to see the benefits of the robot mower. If you gravel those areas, put down landscape fabric or something underneath them. If you just put down gravel on dirt it will work its way down into the dirt especially with freeze thaw cycles.

Tornadoes can be super scary. Just so happened to be visiting Nashville in 2020 when the tornado hit and was actually staying in Mt. Juliet where it was the worst. They can be super scary. Hope you have a good safety plan and even more so I hope you never need it!

I'm with u I enjoy the mow ....the only time it would make sense to me is if I was going away on vacation or if work got crazy with hours but I see why they would be useful to people

But…. You don’t have to mow…. You can still mow if you want to. You can set it to mow just a tick higher than you would mow and you can still mow and improve the look but if you have other things that need done, it won’t get away from you. I love mine. I enjoy mowing but I don’t like it so much when I have to. I just mow when I want to. I get so many other things done now. It is great.

The last few storms has washed my seed away several times now. As you know it'a allot of work each time and is expensive! I got my floor epoxied last week and have started to move all my equipment over now. It looks fantastic!

Luba is water resistant. Rain won’t hurt it but don’t spray it with a pressure washer. Also don’t spray it while upside down. Some people on the forms have got water inside doing that.

Where you have water just coming out of the ground there is a good chance you have an old field tile that is busted and now that you have gotten all this rain it’s starting to come up out of the ground.

Thanks for showing this. I've recently also had my cool season lawn get flooded numerous times. It's introduced a lot of weeds from neighboring houses,etc. I've been hand picking for them for now. it's also introduced Poa. My lawn hasn't looked this bad in such a long time. Any worries of your washed out seeds getting into your other plots? any tips for the poa?

Random request...from one golfer to another. With your golf "green"...can you do research on the best way to repair ball marks? Nothing more infuriating than golfers that either don't repair their marks or tear the hold apart and leave a dead spot. You have perfect platform for this! Figured you could try difference methods. Got tuned in to your channel as I'm repairing a front yard after major excavating for digging a new well.

Huge Poa Annua problem in my lawn. My plan for fall '24 is: Level, aerate, over seed and Tenacity in late August/early Sept. and then Prodiamine as pre-emergent for the Poa, late Sept/early Oct. Thoughts on this? I did a preemergent of Prodiamine this Spring for Crabgrass, but I would still be under the annual limit. My concerns are with the newly growing grass which will be 5 ish weeks established at this point, and with the combination of Tenacity followed by Prodiamine. Thanks!
