He's been trying for years now to prove in his last 2 cases that Michael Sussman and Igor Danchenko lied to the FBI about Russian collusion, but lost both cases! That cost the American taxpayer about $6 million dollars. Accidental testimony in the Sussman case actually proved a connection when computer experts actually showed a link between Trump org computers and a Russian bank.

When I was in the Air Force, I had Top Secret clearance and worked in a classified documents room. I GUARANTEE that if I had taken a SINGLE PAGE home with me, I would have been in jail in less than 24 hours.

Christina Bob should be in legal jeopardy... I believe you could make the case that she at a minimum intended to mislead and the lawyer who prepared the document didn't want to sign knowing that the statements given were false. Why else have the document re-written? You have have two people conspiring/colluding to make false statements in a certified document. Worse yet they are lawyers trying to be savvy by signing a document in which they know they lied and using language to try and maneuver around these false statements. As a legal system prosecutors need to hammer home to a judge, what was the intention and was there colluding to make false statements and were the false statements made to benefit their client's ability to illegally retain Top Secret documents. Gotta pursue this stuff. Anyone else would go to jail for this and at a minimum the both of them should loose their licenses.

The latter creates a tax return which always has the disclaimer that it has been prepared from the information provided. That is fair. When Trump involved the Secret Service with his statement at 1:40 saying he "had a small number of boxes in storage at Mar-a-Lago guarded by Secret Service" it is an opening for a Grand Jury or the DOJ to summon the agents at Mar-a-Lago IMMEDIATELY to testify as to what they were "GUARDING", who had access, when they had access, and what their actual "GUARD" duties were. P.S. As many here pointed out, most of the time no Secret Service agents were at Mar-a-Lago to "GUARD" anything! So in other words, WHAT WAS NOT BEING GUARDED? TS/SCI documents?

An additional problem his lawyers are going to face is that, on almost every aspect of the case, he's already waived his 5th amendment rights. Situations exactly this this have been tested in the courts many times and the courts have agreed that the defendant, inadvertently or otherwise, waived their 5th amendment rights by making such statements.
