I thought it was just me, viewing the process from afar who thought it's a system full of rabbit holes. A system where your leader can pardon themselves for virtually anything. The republican majority at the time voted her in but her qualifications were little more than being a member of the Federalist Society.

Walt Nauta cannot expect Trump to “take care of him” after they are done with this case. Whatever the outcome, Trump does not feel gratitude. When the courts are done with this case, no matter the outcome, Nauta will be out on his ear.
