where is your case pending ? if you dont do any pain management or surgery usually its worth a lot less than if you do but many factors go into overall valuation. hard to guess from YT comments. I wish I could :)

No this is in Delaware .I believe my lawyer I have is being paid /compensated from my ex employer . He has and still does pay for people to Hush and threatened me in the beginning of all this in a office and told me to call off my lawyer or I was going to loss everything . I was hurt 4 times and the final time my ex company tried to hush it up and pay me under the table and was pushing for me to go back my regular duties just to turn around and fire me . I was injured by a malfunctioning CNC granite machine that a suction cup released throwing a 2500 lb or more slab at me . I had to have a double disc replacement and fusion. After that I was still in a lot of pain unable to do certain functions and movements my pain doctor did a shot hardware shot and found out that a majority of my pain was from the hardware so a year-and-a-half later went back to the hospital and had to have the hardware removed and as it did release some pain I have a 30% permanent disability . As spine surgeon and pain doctor have said the nerves are damaged and can not be fixed because of multiple injuries to same area . Also because I was opened 2 times I will have problems later in life . I was only 30 years old at time of last accident . I was told that the disks above and below the 2 disk's that had to be completely taken out and fixed because of multiple fractures to them will likely also do the same because of having to bear the load and compensate for the two discs that were damaged. During First surgery doctor stated that the disks were worse than he had seen on MRI and x-ray and that he was prepared for operating room was only scheduled for a 3 hour slot for the or because of the damage to the discs I was 6 hours . I was making almost 40k a year. I was told I can now on do light duty 2 hours a day 3 days a week and it has to be separated for time to recover. Money Wednesday Friday .I have no ss# no education and limit English so I can not get state disability/ social security . I have 2 small children My fiance is writing this has applied for 17 jobs for me and none will hire me because of my limitations. How can I live on 24 hours a month at $10 an hour for $240 a month for the rest of my working life. (He is also extremely depressed and mentally messed up from all this that he has to take medicine for that they pay for now and not later. Wellbutrin and cymbalta .

My wife was rear ended by a man on duty, in a company truck. A year prior to this she herniated her disk requiring surgery and physical therapy, she has before(injured) and after(repaired) x rays from her surgeon. When she was rear ended recently, it herniated the same disk, it will require surgery(she went through the pt, injections, and epidural, still has nerve pain) what kind of claim can she possible see with something like this? She was offered 15k, we declined and are lawyering up. We have small kids that she can’t pick up, she is a teacher and coach, it has severely affected her occupation because of the pain. She is gaining weight(can’t exercise), and has severe anxiety over it. Thanks you.

Age shouldn’t matter. 40 is young. We’ve won cases for 80+ year olds. Make sure your lawyer and doctor can show the injury was caused by the crash not the normal aging process

have you guys ever done any retrolisthesis (or spondylolisthesis) cases and if so, how did they do? i haven’t seen any videos on that injury at all really

Hi, We can do a video on this. I think its pretty rare injury from trauma. When vertebrae get pushed forward out of place is spondyloisthesis & when a single vertebrae slips backwards is retrolisthesis.

I have a C5 C6 Buldge discs & Inflammed Interspinous Ligaments at {L2-L-3, L3-L4, L4-L5}. I was a passenger in Lyft and got hit from behind (hit and run, though caught). Currently going through chiropractic treatments. I just got my MRI back and have to go to pain management. I asked my chiropractor in good faith if the injections were necessary; "as I don't want to be a 'pond, just to build a case profile". My health means more, having had fears of adverse effects, etc. Could you explain the financial side of my ordeal? Considering my injuries, process? Supposedly, per my case manager, they're going after Lyft and the Geico insurance of the people that hit my driver, not sure if settlements are coming from both or one. I just don't want to be {Bamboozled}

I was rear ended at a red light by a drunk driver and I’ve had 2 epidural injections and my lower back pain along with my sciatica pain hasn’t gone away. It’s been 9 months since the accident and nothing has helped my back pain. Doctors say to get one more injection but I don’t know

I was rear ended in November of last year I ended up with straightening of the cervical lordosis went to chiropractor I felt like everything was better but after few weeks after seeing them the pain came back so I went to the spine doctor to get MRI done still have straightening of cervical lordosis 6 months later and I have 4 bulging disc and chiari malformation and facet and disc disease and sine I have straightening of the cervical lordosis it gonna make my disc disease process faster so how much can I get in my settlement

No you can still recover if the doctors think you need the surgery. Also in many states you can get no fault or pip to cover from the auto insurance so you wouldn’t have to pay for the surgery yourself

Hey, On my L4-L5: I have a desiccation of the intervertebral disc. There is a left neural disc protrusion with an AP diameter of 5mm. L5-S1: Minimal disc bulge. It’s a workers comp injury. A pain management doc told me I might need surgery and I wanted to see if you could help me out on how much I could settle for?

I received my MRI results I have multiple herniations and bulging discs in the cervical lumbar and sacral section I was rear ended by a commercial f350 it totaled my Camaro Ive gotten a lawyer I’ve been going to PT It was a multi collision accident the commercial truck being the only one at fault In your experience how long do these cases take? And if anyone else has been through this what was the settlement? I’m not at fault. Car totaled. Herniated and bulging discs throughout my spine.

Where did this happen ? It sounds like you have a strong case. We did some videos about how long cases take. Usually it can anywhere from a few months if your lawyer sends in a medicals package and negotiates settlement to 1-2+ years if the case has to be litigated.
