Beat me to it! Surprised JD's lawyer didn't pick up on that, i.e. ask her how all those other times she was able to activate new phone on the "family plan."🙄

She also talks about how she couldn’t sync her phone to her computer but later talks about how she used her iPad for texting… so wouldn’t her iMessage on her iPad receive the imessages from her phone? Like she’s playing so dumb

@@nora__ she has that phone. She put in a bag of rice and JD’s security person who went to retrieve his phone when she threw it over that balcony testified to that. She just didn’t want to turn that device over. I am so sick of her.

I know my ex-husband's Social Security number... Petty sure most married people do. Maybe it's different for women bc we have so many more hoops to jump thru once we take "his" last name? Right? No way in hell would she talk to her abuser the way she does in countless audio clips! I know I wouldn't if I planned on seeing the next day! My prayer for Johnny is that he forgives himself sooner rather than later! It took me a good 7 or 8 years to forgive myself for "allowing" the abuse. I imagine his healing might be delayed or at the very least disrupted by this year.

It took me years and a lot of therapy to deal with even talk to anyone about my experience. But not everyone is like me.

Good point. It was obvious she was lying anyway. And there's no way only Johnny had the,track my phone on his phone only either. She didn't want to hand over her gadgets because she knew she had some seriously incriminating stuff on there.

Yeah like I was saying they could have got what was sent and received over whatever wireless network she had, but I really wish they would have pushed harder for access to her devices/cloud. I think that would have shut her down 100%. But now we have the loser Dan Wootton wanting to apologize for getting involved in JD’s personal life. He can stick his apology! Too little too late! In my opinion I think Dan writing trash was put pressure on JK Rowling and it didn’t help him with the Fantastic Beast franchise. I just hope JD’s found happiness.. 🩷

She also stated in episode #4 deposition that JD kept his weed in his office, the office that connected all the PHs, claiming it gave Lily-Rose easy access to his stash. So why would JD need to bring some up from the downstairs storage area where wine was kept? Why didn't she just go grab some from the office herself?🙄

I love the “uh, um, uh” She uses as a tactic to annoy Amber and her lawyer. I hope she’s using it as a tactic because it’s very effective for a narcissist to get triggered when they have to wait for somebody to make their point.

Hot tip for dealing with people like her: become a broken record. They will try to twist and squirm and restructure facts and conversations - if you continue to repeat your exact question and refuse to be distracted, they’ll panic and likely attempt to flip out on you…usually, holding your ground and refusing to be intimidated forces them to run away from the conflict. Be warned, though - they’ll shut it down by being entirely dismissive of you and your question…but it’s your sign that they’re being intentionally evasive and they know you know the truth. That’s WHY they invalidate your question. Remain even tempered and focused. They won’t crack, exactly, but you’ll keep your sanity longer.

She’s skanky but it’s a fascinating case study of skanky, cruel, narcissistic behaviour and how it affects a life. ICK.

I mean your comment is just so spot on! i dont really need to mention much but that im autistic and when i can read body language the intent is super extreme / A narcissist 1 can be telling the truth but the motive is still evill they obviously will straight lie to your face and thirdly if they do tell the truth it really is cuz that nature and the universe can only take so much and its really involuntary or on accident ( TMZ) I speak from 45 1/2 years of study and experience just to finally get to where i can be a little more than surviving (YT ) has really helped me to know im not the only at least half sane person on the planet 🫶🏼

The way her lawyer touches her and protects her, makes me think there’s a different kind of relationship going on there. I would be definitely opposed to my lawyer covering my mic with his hands.

Her phone was “smashed “ she doesn’t have any back up for the past few months .. yet she has every single recording and set up texts for this court case from that time .. she didn’t want it out during this .. lucky it was able to be accessed

She said she did but at some point, months before, her ipad ran out of storage so it didn't do back ups

Thank you! I’ve been saying that all along. There’s no way JD’s attorneys would not have access to her phone records if she was actually on his plan. He owns the phone, the records, everything.

That's completely true in a sense that its the very truth what a research will show. Of course I cannot claim if she did so much research but even if she did it extensively, I don't think she comprehends what you just said. I'm not going to bother you with a long reply because there are many things that first triggered me, then pissed me off, but the biggest one was her photo of the bruises. I have just one, from 10 years ago, when after years of relationship, never violent but emotionally abusive, the person I was with, got drunk, we had a fight, he hit me 2-3 times in the face and I got the photo after I left the ambulance. My eyes were dark purple, swollen eye sockets, and by the morning it was already so discolored I couldn't even open my mouth enough to eat solid food. My back was hurting and I remembered then that at one point I was on the ground and he was kicking me in the back. I was 27 at the time. I disconnect everything with him the next day. The night of the hitting before when police came, because it was outside of the bar after it was closed, when there was no one, we stayed and had a fight when he started punching me in the face. So when someone heard or saw, I don't know exactly who to this day ( whether it was the guy working in the grocery from across the street or the guys that were passing by and saw my face, which already was getting purple) someone called ambulance and the police. My immediate reaction was to tell them that somebody attacked us, because nobody actually saw the fight, and he had a blood on his forehead because I tried to push him and he hit the iron fence. When the guys who were passing by confronted him, just because they heard him still yelling and then saw my face, one of them tried to push me away from him, the others were trying to move him away and I was yelling leave him alone, he is hurt too, he didn't do this, somebody did this to us, until the guy that was holding me back said, look at your face, its all purple, did he do this to you, and I still wouldn't say. So they for sure called the police, but as I said, I think one call came from across the street from the grocery. When the ambulance and police came, I told them the same, somebody came to us and hit us and I thought I was going home, while the police officer said you need to get in to the ambulance vehicle and get check out because your face is messed up. This was ''just'' from 2,3,4, punches in the face maybe and yet I didn't realized it was so visible to everybody. It was visible for the next 2 weeks. So yeah, I was probably in shock and didn't even cross my mind to call police or an ambulance the very night, if they didn't, I guess I wouldn't have either the next day. Also, to your second point, In retrospect, I guess I was trying to protect him, I even lied at home and said the same story that somebody who we don't know attacked us. Everybody found out weeks, my family years later that it was him. But all of this happened organically, and even now, 10 years later, if I was at the depo, I still remember the thoughts, the sequence, some of it not quite detailed, but for sure what happened first, then the second, the why's, the how's and so on. My photo is still around just as a reminder, but it clearly shows my dark eyes and swollen sockets. BUT, you are totally on point that the ''protecting him'' thing didn't happen in a manner she is presenting. She is at a depo now, filing restraining order, at that time, I would've said that I did try to protect him that night, because I wanted the night to end. If I had a court case, I wouldn't have said so nonchalant: I did everything to protect him, I would have explained further why I said what I said. And the second point of the research, about someone else calling the police, in her case its to much scripted. That's why hearing her, watching her during the trial, this depos, it makes me sick that she can do this with such a confidence. That's why so many DV victims stood up with Johnny and that's why nobody believes her anymore who went through something even similar. And I DO believe that Johnny never hit her. He probably pushed her, moved her or whatever but HITTING her in the way she describes, I just...I cannot believe that's true. Not because he is a famous actor, but because of the things she said and did and behaved. I apologize for what turned out to be a long reply, I was meaning to type short, but once I started typing I just wanted to explain as the memories are coming back. You don't have to read it, but now its my outlet, I already wrote it, so again, I apologize for the long reply, don't feel obligated to read the whole thing.

And yes the fact she actually said the words "I did what other DV victims do..." just showed that she is trying to convince them she is a victim. It's like she has a manual and is clearly pointing out 'see - I did this and this and this just like DV victims do." Referencing what other victims do is simply pushing a narrative. A lion doesn't have to go around telling people it's a lion. They just know because it's evident. Her attorney also has his hands all over her (which is just weird anyways) a few months after a 6 year relationship where she claims she was beaten, r*ped, and in fear of her life.... yet she doesn't flinch and seems completely at ease with this man who is constantly touching her. I think she knows that she was the instigator and aggressor, so she has to articulate how "victimish" she is (because it can't be seen in her actions, her demeanor, or the evidence). Words are all she has.

It was creepy and I wish they had shown that in the trial after she claimed to have all these touching rules. Also, this lawyer sounds like he thinks the more awful he is the more likely it is Amber will sleep with him.

There was no retrieving her phone cause he wasn't told it was thrown out. The man said when he reported for work he was told the boss's phone was thrown out through the balcony and needed to be retrieved. He said Amber was backing up her phone. Meaning she had her phone and was busy with it.

I really wish he would have gotten sanctioned or censured at least for all this crap he pulled during the deposition.

We're all wondering 😂 and if she was on his phone plan why doesn't he have copies of her texts through his provider? They keep those records for up to five years which is longer then their marriage was.

I agree. I believe she had tried to drop the case right before this cuz she didn’t want to sit for the depo but JDs side refused to sign off until she sat for the depo. So that’s why she freaked out because she didn’t want to go do the depo at all and wanted it dropped and freaked out cuz she’s still had to come testify. But then they pulled all these maneuvers to delay since this would be the end of it

Wow. How about we don’t shit all over an entire demographic just because amber heard sucks. I have borderline - I would never behave like she has. I went to therapy and constantly work on myself to make sure I don’t slip backwards into my diagnosis - she sucks because she’s awful, not because of her diagnosis.

I though she said that Johnny used Find My iPhone to find his phone and that’s how they located it somewhere (with that man who wanted stuff before handing it over), which is also what Johnnys side said at the Virginia trial.

She said she found it by using ‘find my iPhone’. her friends wouldn’t be able to locate it, I wouldn’t have thought they had johnnys phone on ‘find my iPhone’ I suppose it could have been one of his security guards but what would be the need to hide it (from them) I will watch it back but I’m sure she said I found it using’find my iPhone’

IMHO They both seem physically comfortable, even familiar with each other. Unusual behaviour for a DV survivor, and in turn, all the more insensitive and unprofessional of a Lawyer whose client supposedly suffers PTSD. Perhaps they had (- she inferred, he hoped) a “connection”. That might better explain his somewhat aggressive, over emotive reactions.

@@christinajackson6520 yes! Especially given in the trial she says she almost has a code of conduct for friends & doctors so they don’t trigger her ptsd. She’d flinch at least when he’s doing this. It doesn’t match up
