This is the last ditch effort of a convicted murderer , to take down her lawyers as I believe she’s very angry about the guilty verdict and blames her lawyers for not getting her off. I think she’d rather stay in the jail she’s in rather than be sent to state prison. It’s a disgusting delay tactic. “If I’m going down for this, I’m taking you two with me”…… I truly believe that’s her mindset.
@MiMi-kx1vy

One small point. As a criminal defense attorney, I have NEVER seen a defendant that wants to stay in the local jail. They all want to get out of the jail as soon as possible and go to the state prison. Believe it or not, conditions are usually much better in prison rather than the jails. There is much more freedom of movement, food is better (not good, just better), there is more privacy, visits are easier and usually allow contact, phone calls are easier to make and there are classes, AA, religious services, etc. The local jail you sit around all day without any activity at all. Just wanted to point that out.

It’s ridiculous to think that an attorney would allow Jessie to write a letter requesting another person to commit a felony on the back of their own trial notes in their own handwriting. Then hand deliver it to an ex con’s house. And for what reason ? As if anyone would believe “ The Tape” was authentic if the person actually went through with it. This is 100% Jessie playing games…. She stole trial notes from her lawyers, wrote the letters on the backs of them, then asked an inmate who was being discharged to drop them off.

On the back of the letter is trial notes, attny stated she recognized her hand writing.

After watching the entire trial, I think Jessy pocketed stray notes to use for this letter, then wrote the letter and mailed to her Mom for delivery to the person. Re-watch the wills/notes and instructions that were shown in trial. Most of it matches Jessy's handwriting.

It's more likely that she gave them to someone she met in jail who was getting released. She probably thought that if she could get them for infective assistance of councils that she would get a new trail. The jokes on her all she's getting is a new attorney for her sentencing hearing and a little more time for them to get up to speed.

I think she wrote the letter. Gave it to a jail friend who delivered it.
