The podcast he’s talking about is Mandy Matney and Liz Ferrel’s podcast. They were the ones that caught the $500,000 settlement that was suppose to go to the Satterfields but was hidden by judge Carmen Mullins. It was the thread that unraveled this whole mess.

Peter, I think you're more popular than you realize or give yourself credit for. I hear many well known people reference LYK when discussing the legalities of cases. I love how you get straight to the point, maintain(& expect from others) respect for our judicial system even when others try to make a mockery of it & how you break down the legal process & terminology so that the average lay person can understand it. Much respect for you & your Dad. It's obvious that you're passionate about what you do & that makes it all the more interesting to watch you discuss these cases. Thank you for all that you do.

I would think the state wants to have as many convictions on record as possible so that if any one of them get overturned, he doesn't just get to walk away. It's not a waist of time, in my opinion. It's already more likely than not that he's getting a new trial on the Maggie/Paul convictions... He can always appeal so they want him convicted on all of his crimes, not just some of them.

The Prior Bad Acts regarding the financial aspect. Does NOT come in unless defense accidentally :" opens the door again" remember when the trial went from 3.weeka to 6 weeks? Also according to this video. Judge indicated despite retirement Jan 1st on the bench (mandatory based on age) he WILL be on this.case that totally makes me think regardless of mandatory retirement If there is a re trial on Murder he will still preside over it!! @@lbpalexcool1, their podcast was EXCLUSIVELY to get Alex Murdaugh ("AM") charged with murder and to get Buster Murdaugh ("BM") charged with Stephen Smith's death. They were, and still are, doing that so that Eric Bland ("EB") blackmails for the Satterfields judgments to which they are NOT entitled. For the nth time, Gloria Satterfield was an overweight diabetic who died in hospital of coronary artery disease as do hundreds of thousands of people all over the world every year. Gloria's estate is not entitled to a penny more from AM than all the families of diabetic people who die of coronaries. The fact that she fell at Moselle 24 days earlier is coincidence, not causation. AM invented an insurance fraud scheme using the Satterfield name only. The Satterfield estate put nothing in the game but are mad because AM kept all the loot to himself. Frankly, I think they are greedier than AM.

Still waiting for your answer. It is kinda funny that you didn't answer my question. Why are you not answering? Is it because you backed yourself into a corner? Is it that it is obvious that you are just lying about " full justice" and you are just a hateful person? Is it because the excuse you had just blew up in your face so you decided to run instead of confronting who you truly are on the inside? This shows that you are just a fake person. It was never about justice, it was about your hate. Maybe you should take some time to think about what you truly think and why you have no problem lying and trying to find reasons to justify yourself.

I watched an interview with a female prosecutor on another channel. Even though the judge will technically retire it sounds like retired judges are still hearing cases in SC and come back for their own cases. Hopefully that makes sense. There was a phrase she kept using for it - of course that phrase escapes me at the moment.

My concern with Murdaugh not being held individually accountable is that if he appeals and gets off for some reason, then he's free on all charges. Also, if he's going to plead guilty, why can't he do that without all this drama?

He’s going to spend life in prison, it’s not like he’s gonna get out. It reminds me of Robert Durst who was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole at age 85, then there was gonna be a second trial for another murder, and then they were gonna take him from California to New York state to have a third trial on a completely different murder. You’re just wasting time and resources when this person‘s gonna die in prison as anyway.

I think that AM is guilty in some way, if not completely, for the murders of Maggie and Paul, but I will say trying to weigh arguments impartially as a spectator I would have voted Not Guilty until that huge batch of Onstar data got dumped toward the end.
