Yea I would do that if I was them because they could've just kept it at words instead of being morons damaging someone's property🤦🏾♂️ Good thing is the svj won't be down for long and they'll have her back on the road screaming soon💯
Firstly guys, well done for keeping your cool and handling the situation like you did. Not backing down from these cowards shows balls. Hope we get to see the outcome.
The guy in the grey is like “ahh fuck here we go again”. He knows Shit is about to escalate and his look says “dude in black definitely guilty”. Kinda a shame I’d didn’t smash the body just to make the charges worse.
At 3:59 an the guy in the beanie squeals (or laughs) Is the exact moment of him smashing your window and you almost caught it on tape as you were turning around... if your head was just a little bit smaller. Lol
@@jessegrewal8572 Don’t do that the defendant is due his rights before the law, and if one of you esteemed followers harasses him, he could jeopardize DDE’s case
I trust that you will prosecute them to the full extent that you are able to. I'm so sick of these entitled people thinking they can get away with anything they want, these type of people need to learn.
@@ayoung8072 exactly what I was thinking. Almost a 100% chance those construction crew guys hopped the border, and then followed that border crossing up with a sledgehammer to Lambo
I said this 20 years ago this sibling better than the next has gotten out of control it’s started at home and now look what happened do u see what I see🥺
so impressed with the way you handled yourself with all those guys getting in your face. Im not sure I could have kept from knocking one or more out. I hope they all get what is coming.
The guy in the beanie is Micheal Kelso, VP of marketing at Weird Beverages he owns the house. The green shirt guy is Grey Schnabel. The hammer guy is Derrick, he owns the company working on the house. This is all on 2114 National Ave in Costa Mesa. If you have a loud car, this is your new mission
Damon, PLEASE, for the love of god, DON'T play the nice guy and let them off !!! Hammer them so hard with lawsuits that their grandkids will feel it. I am on the fence about releasing the name of the company those guys are with because of the liability it may bring to DDE fans, cause you know how crazy we can be. But so sorry this had to happen to you. I have mad respect for you keeping your cool. Also, i never realized how tall Dave is, I always thought he was a short guy. But I love what you do for us fans. Good luck with what is too come.
He’s just a worker for a company there’s no reason to hold them liable for the actions of an individual. That literally makes no sense. Someone worked hard to build a successful company and can’t control what there workers do. Have some common sense
I really appreciate you making this video. I was in a situation a week ago and it could have turned out similar. I was definitely not going to handle the situation as well as you did. I now have a better understanding of how to handle myself and not put my freedom at risk.
Great job documenting everything Damon! there's an old saying "it's not what you know, it's what you can prove in a court of law". Everyone in that vicinity ganged up on you for no reason and you need to make an example of them. behavior like that is unacceptable, and every one of those Karens needs to be sued. Give 'em hell, boys!
He’s so lucky it didn’t hit the frame or body of lambo. It was only the glass and one month of worth of paycheck. If he hit the non glass area it could definitely be 20k worth of damages.
To be fair, I’m 100% positive Damon knew they were trying to get a reaction, trying to get Damon to do something stupid so they could flip the script. Damon remaining calm is what drove them to break the windshield and keep pushing at him (in my opinion).
*Damon was calm because he knew recording it was gonna bring him great content for his RU-vid($$$) that's why he does all these "cop pulled me over" videos* 🤷♂️🤷♂️
I’ve found that nothing makes some even more angrier than just being calm. Being calm usually irritates them so much more and I love it 😂. The fact you know they’re gonna be mad about this for years while you’re making money off the situation is so great but also unfortunate people have to act like children.
The workers & neighbors: "Whaaaatt? We threaten you and damage your property and now we're getting charged as the consequence of our actions? How could this have happened?!" The hypocrisy in some people is just so unreal to me. Hats off to Damon for handling the situation the best he could without naturally tearing everybody involved a new one as a natural response. Let's hope that they get what they deserved!!
people like that never learn. It's always someone else's fault. "If he wasn't driving through the neigborhood I wouldn't have had to smash his window." I had a tennant that was a truck driver for a restaurant supply chain that would back the 18 wheeler into the driveway and unload full cases of produce and baked goods into the house. And then proceed to throw most of it behind the garage when it would obviously spoil before they could eat it all. It was attracting skunks and racoons to the property. I just happened to be there doing yard work one day and got video of them unloading into the house. And I just happened to know his boss. But when he got fired it was my fault for getting them fired. Not their fault for being a POS thief!
@@bmorg7244 I mean, yes, you did technically get him fired, but the boss really did it. Although, his boss needed to know the truth of what his workers are actually like behind his back, and so he had every right to fire him. In fact, I'm surprised he didn't try and sue his boss over some other bs reason, but thankfully he didn't. I think what happened was he got salty and tried to make you the scapegoat when already was one. Hats off to you taking this terrible employee down. Will he ever learn anything? Probably not. But hey, at least he's not screwing with people's potential goods anymore.
Now these clowns might have to sell their construction company or house to pay for their court bills, possibly face some charges for messing up with the wrong guy and the wrong car, plus lose their faces over the internet.
Cant wait to watch, and cant wait to see their punishment get handed down. They're all internet famous now lol. I bet they didn't wake up thinking they'd be going viral for being jealous vandals
It sucks that your windshield was broken by those idiots but these guys gave you a real gift for Christmas. This makes for great content especially at the time of the year that RU-vid ad revenue is the highest. If these videos do well you guys should make a lot of money from their stupidity.
Looking forward to seeing these POS get the proper action taken towards them! They clearly thought they could have gotten away with it and I hope you guys take it to the furthest extent
@@ConstantineSin they had beanie guy identified so fast 😂😂😂 they said the guy in the green lives on that street and owned the construction company that was working on that house but I haven’t seen if that was confirmed yet!
Absolutely! In my opinion, the "Karma" for this situation happening to Damon is that the legal team shown in this video takes the case for free in order for them to get a LOT of exposure from DDE's massive online following. The Lawyers go after every single person they can in this video and pursues as much legal action against them all as possible. On top of this, Damon is made whole for the windshield through the courts and the clown who hit it with the sledge hammer is forced to pay through the nose for it. AND, on top of all of this, Damon is able to make some sweet $$$$ from the number of views all the related videos receive for this incident. In the end, people need to know that it is never okay to destroy someone else's property for any reason; let alone because someone has the emotional impulse control of a toddler.
I really hope you go to town on those individuals. They should be dragged through the courts for what they did and be heavily penalised. Absolutely disgusting people. Well done for remaining super calm and professional, not an easy thing to do in that situation. Good luck from England 🏴
I don’t even understand why a workman working on a house in the neighbourhood would even act like that. It literally had nothing to do with him, he smashed the windshield costing $5,000 not to mention the loss of earnings while the car is off the road because it is a business at the end of the day. Then ends up getting arrested. So weird.
@@venom5809 if you have proof go ahead and share. I doubt you can provide proof though. Judging by your comments you must be one of the jealous workers in the video. I don't blame you though I'd love a Lamborghini myself
@@averagemike2171 I live in Michigan for one. No one is jealous in these videos either, those houses cost over a million dollars, that's So Cal. I'm too busy to be in So Cal working on houses anyway, I am in the process of buying a shopping plaza right now and spent 4 hours with the inspector today but maybe next time 😉. I could sell my apartment building in NYC and buy 5 of those SVJs if I wanted. Regardless, this is either fake or Damon was speeding down the road and pissed off the people living on it, take your pick. So Cal has more supercars than anywhere else on the planet, they are accustomed to them, this is podunk Alabama like where you live, if they get mad it's because someone is doing something stupid with them. Classic mouth breather comment, everyone is jealous. LOL

@@uncleb8068 yeah that area has loud cars. Ppl get real fussy when a loud car passes through. As he explained the GPS was sending him through a detour but he took the wrong one into a neighborhood and had to U turn. When he did a uturn THAT'S when those guys jumped in front of the car. If a car was speeding they just wouldn't jump in front of it
And that’s why you guys are always polite, calm, and keep yourselves together when you get into altercations with people or police. Stay in control..!!
Glad you guys are pursuing this legally! Those guys threatening you like that need to be brought into a courtroom and be set straight and charges brought against them if possible. They deserve it big time!
@@norberthofer5830 man for you to judge them over RU-vid comments I bet you feel like such a man! I bet you don’t even make close to their $$$ sounds like jealous keyboard warrior.
I said this yesterday, the calmness you showed is beautiful. I on the other hand would've grabbed a tire iron and went to town!!! Oh and lawyer dudes, it's a Million dollar car!
Thanks DDE. This is exactly what I want to see. Show us the whole process and the outcome. It will make a compelling RU-vid series even though it will be over the next year while charges are laid and the wheels of justice grind on. Let's hope the wheels don't fall off. With your calm demeanor filming the events as they happen you are in good shape to hold the entire mob accountable. Something no one has metioned is that you have audible evidence of the sledge smashing the window. The camera is focused on the altercation with beanie guy. You hear the smash and immediately turn to the car and the camera catches Mr 'it was broken when you arrived' walking away from the car with hammer in hand. The smash is picked up by the microphone and you react to the sound and see the guy.

I honestly do not know how you stayed so calm through that whole situation. I need to learn from you as if someone did that to my $10k car (yet alone an $800k+ car) I would most likely have done was most people would have. I am sorry that happened to your beautiful car, at least it is back together and I hope these people all involved pay for their actions.
We all know lawyers are friendly because they get paid to be on your side, but these guys are young, smart, and regardless of their paycheque you can tell they chose their profession for the sheer factor of helping people and bringing justice forward. Simply amazing.
Canadians? I’m definitely subscribing now. Nice to see people from the motherland being successful and typically Canadian nice in a high stress situation.
A very important lesson that I learned decades ago... it's more fun to poke a crab than a jellyfish...! Think about it and try to form your reactions accordingly...!!! I'm not always able to do this, but always keep that phrase in my mind...! Thanks, keep up your awesomeness and don't forget to compliment someone today...
It’s really funny that all these hysterical losers are harassing him calling him insecure and acting like he’s compensating for something while he remains completely calm and confident.
It’s all replaceable and honestly, it’s great content for the channel. That being said I too am amazed at how he handles these kinds of situations, especially when the kid wrecked the 720gtr
What sad, unfulfilling lives they must have to project this much insecurity and jealousy, especially against someone who is the opposite of what they’re describing. They could really benefit from some ego work. Unfortunate this happened but amazing to watch how well you handled the situation Damon, you inspire me. Looking forward to seeing more updates on this, happy holidays!🙌
Taken from the other video:Beanie guy- He’s the homeowner of the house being worked on. his name is Michael Kelso. He is head of marketing for “weird beverage company” the loud mouth in green shirt across the street. He owns the construction company working on beanie babies house. The construction companies name is “Mag Works Inc” his home address is the company address!
I also love how he said you were going 65 mph when I’m 100% sure going 65 mph is not possible on that street because look how many obstacles there are, and look how tight it is. Literally also I’m 100% sure someone in the neighbourhood has some security camera, which can prove everything lol
idk anybody who would willingly jump out in front of a car doing 65-70mph lol i was thinking that if he was driving that fast you would likely see tire marks from where he was hard braking to not hit a pedestrian
@@turtsmagurt648 we get idiots doing 45 to 50 in our 30 residential area. The occasional faster ones trying to get to work. Our car museum hosts various car events and cruise nights most of the summer and some in the spring and fall. Ive got a pal that has a custom shop, several with some nice modified cars that even compete nationally. I had a nice 70 AMX at one time. Most citizens like cool cars until an ahole driving one acts like an idiot in their neighborhood. Seeing the long stretch of open street behind the car in the video, all that video footage is not shown. What was going on prior to the stop? Impossible to believe residents simply ran out of their yards to give the guy shit for the hell of it. The one guy even mentions kids living in the area. The guy that damaged the car deserves punishment. Other than that, theres no sympathy for the driver. The guy with all the cameras leaves out what he was doing before he got there.
I hope all those people who threatened you are watching….im sure the gravity of this situation is sinking in like the threat they tried to place upon you. So glad you didn’t get scared and back down, handing it calmly.great job.your patience and care for your fellow man will come back to you in a blessed way soon im sure.
The last thing they should’ve done was to not only threaten but take a sledgehammer to the windshield. What did they expect was gonna happen when they did that to a $1M dollar car. Expensive car means they can afford a top tier attorney to take a dookie on their life.
What a great example for us, humans. You are very brave for confronting these people, even when they were around you in all directions. Who knows how far they could have gone. You acted professional and calm in a chaotic situation and that shows your character. Stay safe out there!
Other than a decent example to squeeze a broken windshield into a few RU-vid videos, this is an awful example on how to confront people. When you are surrounded by angry people screaming at you in your car, you leave. You don’t engage in any type of discourse. If this was a different neighborhood, then a busted windshield would be the least of his worries.
@@MNProductionStudios He has no cars for content so he's resorted to making fake video with broken windshields and dragging them out in multiple parts for content. 😂
@@venom5809 you have a really small brain if you think this is fake, you think an actual police department would show up to help shoot something “fake”
What the fuck would the point of that be though? Like, literally... anyone who would get violent over something like this (unless they attack YOU first and you have to defend) is not right in the head either - no offense. The damage is already done, so what Damon did here is the one and only correct route. Getting into a fight over something like this is 1) not going to bring back your windshield and 2) only going to make things worse (for everyone involved). Only low-IQ individuals would escalate it even further for no reason.
@@12345678bobster I agree that Damon did it right, hence why I said I admired his restraint. It also has nothing to do with how low/high a person's IQ is.
