This is good advice for anyone that travels on behalf of a company. It's too bad that so much common sense has to be offered to people that should know better but I'm sure the obvious is overlooked as much in your profession as in any other.
Great tips that can be transferred to other jobs. With the unsubscribe thing, it happened to me. I think it's happening when the video is ending and you go to stop it by pressing pause, you are accidentally hitting the unsubscribe button....I think.
