@@kgbblk9840 Yeah but the moment he does that he loses his brand. The moment he does that no one will trust anything he has to say. Almost 90% of the fitness community uses steroids to prepare for competition. It's absolutely normal.
I would listen someone who uses steroids because he will have experiance being natural and being enhanced just because he uses steroids doesnt mean he wasnt natural at some point in time
*Wow thats crazy bro, it’s been like 15 years and you’re still going strong* 💪 *You’re such a warrior. One of the best Fitness Physiques ever in the history of fitness.God bless you always*
Thanks for making videos. You where one of my biggest inspirations since I was skinny teen. Now I'm 23 year old army soldier and fitness freak. Watching you make new training videos feels both fresh and nostalgic. God bless you
I appreciate the honesty. And I think the most important point here is regardless of genetics train grow and become the best version of yourself. The only competition you have is you. It's great to admire other physiques and be inspired. But just remember to be realistic and you be suprise after time how effectively you achieve your goals but you'll even more pleased when you surpass them and set new goals. Train hard and train smart. Leave the ego behind and just bring your will to be the best you.
But genetics can SEVERELY limit your ability to grow depending on what you have. Most of you guys are thinking "oh so it takes you twice as much training to achieve the same results? So what? Work twice as hard then!". When that is not the case for actual genetic deficiencies. If someone has Marfan's syndrome, a connective tissue disease caused by genetics, then they literally have no capacity to weight lift and gain muscle. Doing so only destroys their body faster because they don't have the proper proteins to rebuild the muscle. If someone with Marfan's starts serious weight lifting in order to get those gains, all that will happen is their body will deteriorate and their aorta will enlarge to the point where they'll suffer from a dissection. Basically it just speeds them up to an early grave. So you might think "okay, well at maybe people with Marfan's in an exception. But that sounds rare! Surely someone is hard pressed to come across someone with Marfan's". Well it's not that simple. Marfan's affects 1 out of 5000 people. That's at least 70,000 people in the US who can't bodybuild (based on cases it's probably closer to 100,000-200,000), or 1.5 million people world wide. And this is just one connection tissue disease. There are several others.
Agreed....genetics is key....me and my African friend started to train together, however I started a year before him , I train extremely hard 6 days a week I was obsessed with the gym , my diet was on point I was seeing gains but my African friend started a year later with me and I swear on my life we did the exact same training and in about 9 months this dude was twice my size and stronger too, all these guys on RU-vid wants to sell u thing's...Lazar is 100% right Genetics plays Major role here
WITH PROPER NUTRITION WORK OUT REGIMEN AND A GOOD ANABOLIC STEROID CYCLE IT IS A MATTER OF MONTHS. THEN YOU HAVE TO KEEP INJECTING AND SWALLOWING DIFFERENT KINDS OF PILLS TO KEEP THIS LOOK.
@@the_batmobile0.4 in the gym people get disheartened over seeing somebody that has a good shape, even girls, people actually bitch up not being able to attain results overnight,
Love your videos Lazar! It's a breath of fresh air knowing that he tells the truth how it is. Not like all the thousands of other salesmen that try to say they have "the secret, easy formula for looking good"
Absolutely true! I can see many people comparing to each other. Some of them are training from 1 year, but with amazing results, other are working out like 4 with totally different results. They got strainght, but they are smaller than those who are new in the gym. And remember guys - you MUST find the type of training that suits to your body type. Arnold's program won't help you, if you dont have his exact body type. Rony Coleman's won't help you either. Read something about your body type, and make your own program. Don't pay for programs which are already created from some bodybuilding influencer, you will throw your money into the ocean. Peace!
Just ran across a new video of yours. Great to see you back brah. You are one of the greatest inspirations for me because your body is what i know is achievable without steroids. Keep putting out the facts and great videos brah and stay shredded...
Lazar is one of the first fitness models I started following on Instagram. Hearing him open up about his struggles and the pain he went through was shocking . He’s humble and honest. This come back is so welcome and good to see he has worked hard to come to terms with adapting himself with his reality.
Lazar you are on fire man, great simple advice and honest. A lot of people will change their minds on you when they see how many effort you did over the years. There is a reason you are in my top 5 people Who inspired me over the years. Keep doing What you do 🤜🏼
Thank you for all this advices, it's not really easy to understand everything for the first time and you said it a lot of people give wrong advices and people trust them that he or she can look like him or her.
@@7860092 actually according to life style our generation is following , the test level's have dropped , so even if you have good genetics you can't build muscle , it's like owning a land with a lake side view and stuff but the bummer is you can't build your dream Home on it.....
@@Faustin_Ducasse i guess u are using steroids with that mentality. Last time i have talked to a guy on trenbolone he did tell me the same thing. No you can build muscle naturally but it takes longer. Natural muscle gained stick with oyu for longer too. Roided up muscles disappear when you stop injecting.
This is why you are the king of Fitness. You tell the truth buddy. Thanks for your knowledge. I know exactly what you’re saying I was an endomorph. I now look ectomorphic but I still have that layer of fat around my waist.
Hello Lazar, this is Julio César from South América, Peru. Since the quarantine started I have been training at home and adapting objects in order to have weight for training. For example ... gallons with water and a piece of broomstick, I managed to create dumbbells. With a wooden bench, a flat bench. With elastic dog ropes I made resistance bands. I watch tutorials on RU-vid and adapt exercises to achieve muscle contraction. I jog to replace it with cardio and abdominal exercises on the floor to take care of my waist. I am a dietitian nutritionist with that I take care of my diet and continue in the care process. A hug. I hope to hear from you.
Totally agree! Genetics in my opinion is the most important factor for body building. There are just people who are naturally born with good genetics and lucky for them :-).
