Ingredients: (single serving)
1 32oz jars of pasta sauce
1/2 large ricotta cheese container
1/2 lb of mozzarella (shredded)
1 lb of mostaccioli or rigatoni
Directions:
Cook pasta. Drain pasta. Don't cool down. Keep warm.
Pour heated sauce into pot that had pasta in it.
Add shredded mozzarella. mix in.
Add pasta. mix in.
Add ricotta cheese. mix in.
Serve and enjoy.

My Lazy Man Lasagna is I use the dried Lasagna noodles, and a butter knife to spread the ricotta on them, layer them in the pan, with meat sauce and cheese, cover with foil and bake it for a about an hour at 350. You'll get a nice firm lasagna this way, with not too much effort. If you want it a little less firm, you can add a cup or more water to the sauce. My Italian Grandmother would add an egg to the ricotta, to help firm it up, and sometimes we'll add some chopped spinach into it as well.

Batman on Weed RetroProGamer was sarcasm. It's to make the point that everything we do offends SOMEONE. SO there could be 5 vegetarians overruling what should be a regular meaty lasagna. My idea would have been make a bigger batch with meat and make a batch without meat. Both crowds get what they want and without so much more work. And everyones happy.

Hi Jack, i'll try this one, but i don't recommend calling this 'lasagna' in front of real italians *lol* I think if you bake it (at 400 F?) and make a nice crust, you will have the best results... We all work all day, so we need lazy man's recipes! Thank you! Joe from Germany
