Your breakfast is so refreshing so different from other youtubers. I don't know why people think its massive bc I don't think it is lol. I wake up at 5 am, drink coffee with 2 breads then at 6 or 7 am is my real breakfast with rice, eggs&sausage, veggies, and some soup. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day so I eat a lot for energy to start my day. ☺️
Well that's because while some people eat alot at breakfast, others are just drink some tea/coffee with a toast or something. I heard this "breakfast is the most important meal of the day" mantra a lot, but eating in the morning just make me feel sick. And I know lots of people like me. There's no "right" breakfast for everyone.
I disagree with breakfast being the most important meal of the day. I used to think the same but then since my mid 30s, having breakfast in the morning can feel too much for me. And I no longer eat 3x a day like I used to. I honestly wonder how Rhea can eat that much and 3x a day plus snack... I only eat that way when I work really a lot (I am an interpreter who owns a language service business). Most of the days I eat 1-2x a day with occasional snacks. And I am not saying what Rhea does is wrong because maybe to each their own. But to say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, it simply is not true. :)
My breakfast is usually the biggest meal of my day. I'm so hungry after sleeping all night, and it helps give me energy throughout the day. I always skipped breakfast as a teenager, but it has improved my health, and now I can't do without it.
I like your morning routine, it's not rushed and gives you a chance to truly prepare for the upcoming day. I might try to start getting up a little earlier and see how it goes for me.
No matter how many other routines i watch on other channels... I find your videos very satisfying and happy and find myself being active... Thank you Rhea 💗
Getting ready AND having a big breakfast within 2 hrs? Wow! It takes me an hour and one big cup of coffee to realize where I'm at and why I'm up so early!
My routine: Alarm at 630, snooze until 745, curse myself for doing that, brush teeth, wash face, skin care and change clothes in rush. At 820, Pour milk into cup of calbee granola to eat in the car during traffic and scream at people who cut in front of me. Yup, everyday.
Watching your videos for 2 days now. This is the asmr that relaxes me. It made me appreciate the small sounds I make around the kitchen and when I work.

Lots of people don't realise that it's mostly about what you eat, not how much of it you eat. She was having eggs(protein), cherry tomatoes(vegetables), cereal(grains), and milk(dairy). From my POV, her breakfast is actually incredibly healthy!

When you make over your room, like get all new bedding and curtains, do you keep the old? With so little storage space I wonder if you keep things you switch out or get rid of them? I guess you can also store things in your loft.
Hello. Thank you for watching.💕 My curtains bought 3 years ago and yes I always keep them. I have a storage above my closet which is enough to store my other stuff. I did not use my loft area to store things as I don't have any other stuff to store there, but I am planning to utilize my loft space soon but not for bedroom or storing things.Please stay tuned😊

I believe its an induction burner, so it only reacts with heat to the pan. It wont burn you at all. Even if the stove is on, it will be cool to the touch!

I had lots of problems with eating, there was time, when I eat just nothing for weeks. I went to different psychologists, but no-one could really help me. Before your videos. After watching your vlog I realized, that I'm doing something wrong. I was so inspired, that I started eating and stopped hating myself for it! I started listening my body and soul. Thank you, Rhea! If someone said this is considered big breakfast, I think that person never seen us, Malaysian start our day with Nasi Lemak with so many side dishes 🤣🤣🤣 sometimes I even eat Roti Canai after Nasi Lemak with Sambal Paru + fried egg.. Just enjoy your morning routine dear

i think people are thinking it’s a big breakfast because the croissants look bigger on camera. but look how small they are compared to the spoon. they’re quite small! also her breakfasts always make me so hungry lol
She does everything relaxed , calmly ,slowly ,it gave me anxiety, so i made it 2x speed,and its seemed like my normal routine,i think I'm gonna try to wake up earlier and be more relaxed ,nice video♡
I read people saying your breakfast is big, but for the breakfast we are used to in my country (Venezuela) yours is just fine. I now live in Italy and I see people have one croissant and coffee for breakfast. To me that's just to prepare my stomach before actually eating! I can totally relate to this. I have to give myself an hour just for breakfast. Here in the US, most people rush in the morning too. First cereal and coffee, to wake up, then eggs and fruit. Mornings are important, it sets the tone for the entire day. Have a lovely weekend 🙂
ikr.. if i remember it right, I think Rhea already pointed out in one of her vlogs, that half of her breakfast, she takes it with her at work for lunch, snack or something like that.
Here in Argentina a lot of people don't take a breakfast , i just take a coffe sometimes with a piece of bread, and don't eat again until lunch. (Sorry my poor english)

Adding some soysauce in the egg and tomato when youre cooking it makes it really delicious. i really used to love it before i went vegetarian 3 years ago. A little bit of mushroom soy sauce or light soy sauce to it will make it so delicious
