I'm from that village and people of this area had never tried to do such things, btw we always tried to protect it . And without having any Buddhist community in this area we tried to protect and always kept clean of that area. Maybe this are done by childrens or animals,so it is the duty of administration to keep chowkidar there to keep this beautiful statue of buddha protected .

From the way it is broken or bend... clearly it is not done by wind brother for sure! It seems like it is done by using some force by someone ( it can be animal , children, anyone) that is unknown.
