all thread isn't very strong - if it deflects or bends even slightly, it will immediately bend 90 deg and flail against the tank wall. unsupported spinning shaft with weight on the end worries me.
yes a good point . we are keeping the ph above the point that cementing would happen. there is also a ton of iron and some zinc and copper in the ore. thats why the high ph leach to prevent cementing. eco gold leach will not dissolve copper even with the use of heat and a booster.
@@solarsmithtube i've seen brass, zinc, bronze and copper cement EGX, even with the PH in the active phase. Keith also did a video on that a while back. pump impellers, plumbing fittings, hose ends, nuts and bolts etc

I should be able to put 150 lbs in the tank. I am leaching magnetically concentrated ore. at 10 to 1 beneficiation rate. that would equal 1.500 lbs of ore. and if all goes well should be done in 3 to 6 hrs. for testing im running at 60 hrs 100 to 120 f with air sparging and chemical o2 boosting with the same stuff that's in oxy clean . just started clarifying my leach that I started on sunday and it hase a nice orange tent to it.
