As an American, this trial scares the hell out of me. This case should be dismissed. I cannot believe this is happening in the United States of America.

@@carlosvile9832 No. It's time to arrest corrupt judges for misconduct. The reason why things are getting so bad is because the Judges are protecting corrupt law enforcement.
It's like the whole world is watching this corruption right in front of us...yet nothing is being done about it. chirp chirp chirp The judge was so biased in this case it's frightening...yet nothing. And it's so obvious Karen was being set up by the police, but she's still being harassed and only ONE officer being punished! Why haven't they started a REAL investigation? Oh right, because there were police and a judge involved.

7/10/24 Judge, came that way bias at the start. Atty Jackson, requested she recuse herself from trial (declined) CW, had free rein, defense ??’s , ask another way. Judge, brother defense Atty defended DUI(hit n run) on the (M) fam/mem he on charges. Conflict!
Why do people.make it about his insulting texts only. He is corrupt and this investigation was so inept. From the start with the solo cups, up until the seizure of her car 16 hours later, when he " solved" the crime.
The FBI already conducted a thorough investigation (including a Federal Grand Jury and subpoenas issued against BA, BH, CA, MP, etc) and finalised it via a 3,700 page report - finding no evidence of a frame job and conspiracy, and BA, etc, having no involvement in the passing of JO (MP’s text messages being the worst thing in it according to an ex FBI agent). Hence no charges/indictments for crimes/public offences, etc, were laid against any of them and the KR trial proceeded on. None of the alleged frame job and conspiracy theory matters if there’s no evidence to prove it, it doesn’t show a crime and no indictments/charges have been laid, still only against KR. FBI is over - ⚖️ for JO!

The take away from this is if it can happen to her, it can happen to anyone of us in the wrong place at the wrong time. Luckily she has the means to fight it, but anyone else would be in jail for a very long time...
It seems everyone is basing their thoughts on what should or will happen when there is a fair and unbiased Judge. That is not the case here so it really doesn’t matter what law or case law says or what Jurors say happened or didn’t happen. This judge will do whatever she wants based on how tired she is or how it helps the prosecution since she was and is so clearly biased.
They’ll wait several months, then clear him of any wrongdoing, and reinstate him with back pay. Don’t get your hopes up by thinking the cops will do the right thing. They rarely hold their own accountable.

Local news just did a story on Proctors suspension without pay ! Apparently the union is upset… they say his family is being punished ! “Now the children are without health insurance “ !

KR should also be fired as she is an embarrassment and an inappropriate person to work at her place of employment, including, these charges, appalling behaviour, vile and foul language towards JO and as a LEO, his children, drink driving and cheating on JO. The list goes on.
Maybe so...but not based on the charges if she is not convicted...which, BTW...she wont be. But she has nothing on Procter/Alberts/McCabe's....all pretty horrible.
When you’re paid with tax dollars you’re expected to act like a professional. Mean names? That’s a funny why to say he lead a botched investigation fueled from his bias.
