Leadership is Taking Perspectives: four places to look *from* to move any situation forwards 

A big part of leadership is how we look 👀 at the world, but what does that mean practically? How do we strengthen our looking/seeing?
One place to start is to look at situations/challenges from different perspectives. Try these four:
1. From on high 🚁
2. From the future 🔮
3. From the outside 🪟
4. From the heart 💙
And we’ll learn the most when looking from these perspectives with people who are different to us.
