Rajiv Talreja is so straight forward in business behaviour & in terms of business coaching this will help young entrepreneurs, rightly said selling Aspiration is not a solution for any budding entrepreneurs!
I know I commenting on this very late on this podcast because I just listened to this. This is a perfect discussion for any aspiring leaders to listen. All words from Rajiv.Talreja has been to marked and keep in the mind always!!
He is spot on about the toxic startup culture. A lot of them will tell you you are a part of the family, buts its only a way to trick you into working on weekends or not pay you when salary day comes. This is not the case for all startups though, but most of them are like that.
It's so nice to hear a lot of insights from the master himself. It would be really nice if you can add subtitles in English so that many can understand..
This is the real leadership lessons which are not thought in our school's and colleges.really really it's worth it more than what I think.thank you raj big fan ❤
The best conversation that Rajiv said about Leadership, environment(office), giving or acceptance of feedback. By the way im not a leader or entrepreneur. Loved Rajiv Talreja views.💯
Asking the Right "QUESTION" is the Key to Solve the problems..........Rajiv rocks again........Thanks Raj for bringing Rajiv back......Respect from Bangalore.....
This was fantabulous.. creating an environment and analysing with your team to excel is really spot-on. Thank you Raj for the guidance. If ever you could produce for small scale business or Shopkeeper business I certainly beleive this has got potential and would be relatable
Rajiv is such a candid guy, straight on face, no left right bull shit, following him since long, amazing podcast, thanks raj for bringing him again, keep continue this series.
Thank you Raj sir for giving such an extraordinary podcast with respected Rajiv sir, it was great with huge learnings and new perspectives which are important not only for entrepreneurs but also for college students like me. thank you so much
I just finished listening to this beautiful podcast on Spotify. Due to word limit there, I couldn't post my comment there. I liked Sachin's perspective on a lot of things and being one of the modern leaders, it resonates with me a lot. There's just one suggestion I have for Sachin that is avoiding using low quality words such as Nalla or Haramkhor to get his point across. His knowledge and language otherwise is very powerful, but these few words dilute the quality of his speech and statements. It's like chewing a clove all of a sudden while enjoying a delicious meal. Being a leader himself, he can consider modeling good language for those who look up to him as role model. To briefly introduce myself - I am Rajat, little over 13 years of experience in software development. Working in USA/Canada for half of that.
Dear Rajat, Rajiv does not need any approval from you. He is very clear and great communicator. He is very straightforward and Leader has to be very clear and precise.
There is no one in our country touching these topics. Podcast was So raw and spot on , i can relate the topic which Rajiv Talreja talks about "How to give FEEDBACK". One of professors left from class room because of the feedback we gave. probably he was not ready to receive it due to the 8 years of experience he had in teaching field.

Hi, Thanks for getting Mr.Rajiv, very interesting discussion.. So I have a query, Iam running Fabrication unit which I started recently, I have a problem with the workers that they repeat whatever mistake even after 2 months of repeatedly informing them but they keep creating the same/similar mistake, its very dificult to get a labour so I am hesitating to fire them. Due to mistakes the delivery time gets extended and quality issue etc and so on. So is it good idea to put some action ie., cut small part of salary as a fine or penalty...
Very insightful and so much to learn kudos to raj and team and Rajiv as well for such illustrative explanation which make things easier to absorb. Lastly @raj whenever you ask a question to guest and they answer it in a complex manner if you ask them to simplify it then it will add more value to listeners. 🙏
hey Raj your podcast is amazing I really enjoyed this one, especially the Talreja's style. As You are now growing I think your outro needs to be something new like It's sound little unprofessional when you say "क्या अच्छा लगा क्या 'गंदा" try to replace with something more appealing.
This is really very useful to me … great job team 🎉… I only had a minor drawback of not understanding few lines as they were in Hindi… just a hint for helping non Hindi speakers. Pls consider… it is not a sin talking in Hindi - but for the benefit of non hindi speakers - pls consider .. thank you so much
Rajiv Talreja as super insightful and he comes so well prepared even by appearance.good that he schooled Raj shamani on being more presentable. Love the dopehead joke.
Maja aa raha hai kyunki ab internet sabko mil gaya hai aur raj bhai jese podcasters se value milti hai aur country ke log aase sikhe ge aur aage grow ultimately puri chain ban gayi hai .. i hope we will suceed in our goals ,vision and missions.
