Naenjoy naman siguro ni Regine yung youth, as she was single for such a loooong time. 40 na nga siya nag-asawa. Pero siguro she forgot to stop and savour the majestic moments of her career (R2K, One Night with Regine, singing at Carnegie Hall, etc) because she maybe viewed everything as work to do and to perfect. She was so workaholic then, and so in demand as well.

You are right, she did. She had several concert series but not three consecutive. I may be wrong though.

May momnesia na si Songbird hehe. Songbird Sings Legrand was 3 consecutive nights at PICC (Feb 14 to 16 din in 2003). 3 out 17 nights of Regine At The Movies (2001) are consecutive. Same with Songbird Sings (2001, 3 out 15 nights). Yun lang. Her other concert series such as Reflections, Ating Musika, Regine At The Theater are consecutive weekends lang pero hindi nights.

You are wrong on the part that "she wanted to stay relevant" so Regine made the move. The relevance definitely comes with the move because ABSCBN is a hype marketing machine plus the fact that ABSCBN has always wanted Regine for a looong time. But Regine has stated both on ASAP and TWBA that she was torn between moving and staying. She said that she was leaning more towards staying on GMA because she said (a) she did not want to change anything as she's older and she's no longer in the age and point of her career to experiment and take risks (b) she's content on resting on her laurels and accepts that she's old and it's no longer her time (c) she's compensated extremely well on GMA without having to do much. On her Canada concert spiel last week she even joked that GMA provides bigger paycheck which is most likely true. So what made her decide to move? Singing. She misses it so much but it was not in the plans of GMA for her in the immediate future. She only gets to sing if she produces her own concerts and mall shows. She even jokes that she volunteers to guest in other artist's concerts for free because singing. If you noticed, her vocals for the last 3 years on GMA were slowly deteriorating because of age and lack of regular singing avenues. Maybe she realized that the clock was ticking and her golden voice has an end. Plus all the artists that she wanted to collaborate and have a concert with like Vice, Sharon, Sarah, Lea etc etc are in the other network and those collabs will really never happen and see the light of the day had she not made the move. She was even sad that 2 Valentine concerts of her with Martin, Lani, Erik, Angge and Ogie etc was not even shown on TV (which was very unusual for her) because she was in the other network. So in the end, it always goes back to singing. ABS asked her what she wants to do during negotiations, and she said "I just want to sing."
