First off they are both adorable, and are taking this forced media stuff and running with it, well done. Matthews is so confident, like next level confident. Nylander is just so chill and honest - and what a talent - 2 more goals last night (two years plus after this post).

Unfortunately, it may take the Winter Olympics to teach the "Fab Four" the grit and intestinal fortitude need to win the Stanley Cup. Remember 1988 Canada Cup/World Cup that Mario Lemieux came of age with Number 99. Mario will tell you that it changed him and showed him what it takes as a player and team to compete at the highest level and win. Yes, the Penguins won the Stanley Cup that season. For us old guys remember Harold Ballard said in the 1970's that the Swedes could go into a corner to check an opponent with a carton of eggs and not break one? This is the same with Matthews, Nylander and Marner. To beat the Leafs check Matthews, Nylander and Marner hard on the first few shifts and they will turtle for the game. Oh well, maybe in another few years I can dream again!
