Oh boy! So excited for another "walmart exclusive" that will never be in stock, and when release day hits will be sold by 3rd parties on ebay AND on walmarts own site for double, triple, who knows. Im soooo excited for a figure i likely will not be able to get because walmart does such an amazing job handling these!
Can't wait to see more Motu Origins figures that we outside of USA won't be getting. As glad as I wanna be for these new figures in this line, I don't feel like we're a part of this anymore.
I know. It always feels like a kick in the balls when you hear Walmart exclusive. At least the Mattel creations items we could still get. these ones never make it here unless we get it off resellers for four times what it’s worth.
It’s actually very obvious that it is Sssqueeze’s head, and btw to all who thought these retail WB exclusive figures have unique molded parts, please think again: This whole series of up and coming Walmart exclusives are fully kitbashed from previous figures 100% - no new parts. That’s the whole point- no new tooling cost ‘wave’… And I personally have a hard pass on all of them. They were part of the unreleased 1988 lineup if I’m correct, and I honestly feel they are not on the design level of the vintage lineup, from which I love every figure.

We don't have Walmart in Australia and the Rokkon release still isn't fixed. Mattel treating international customers like they don't exist or matter sucks hard.
Well this is great, means I'll be having to grab one from a 3rd party flipper. None of our local Wal-Marts have a MOTU dedicated spot anymore. All got replaced with double facing WWE and McFarlane Superpowers.
Concerning Rokkon, if they can't fix the problem that prevents them from shipping him internationally by tomorrow then perhaps they can do a round 2 of sales once the problem is solved so collectors outside the US don't get left out.
If this is for Walmart, It will probably be online. At my Walmart, they haven't stocked anything new in months. Only thing on the pegs, is Wave 7 rotting away.
So I’m not sure I live in the PNW and have been told there will be no more Origins figures in the store they have almost 30 of the buzz-off wave and more in the back according to the Coach for that department and they haven’t sold one in over a year and can’t discount them.
I think the claw is meant to be like a constrictor snake, crushing the life out of prey, and since there was already a play feature that did that kind of thing in the form of Clawful's crusher claw, and since snakes are limbless, Gra'asp was given a claw. I imagine that if he was animated, he might not have a hard crushing claw, but something more like a muscular pair of Serpentine fingers that close together like a claw, which would explain why his "claw" is explicitly patterned to look like snake flesh and not hardened chitin like Clawful's.
Although I’m excited for this, I’m also disappointed in its exclusivity. It shouldn’t be so difficult to purchase merchandise from a company. Walmart has a tendency of canceling orders and not limiting bot orders. Just hope this doesn’t turn into an eBay exclusive….
How can anyone be excited about getting this from Wal-Mart ? Another damn figure to be snatched up by scalpers, like Moss Man, and hunted down on the secondary market. Not to mention, the packaging will be screwed if one does find it. I will take Mattel Creations all day, any day.
Whatever! I don't care about pictures or teases. Just release the goddam figure already! Once they release it, it's gonna be a friggin nightmare to find. Just like Moss-Man & Panthor, it will take another 6 months to a year to reach saturation.
Cringeworthy... I wonder why everybody is hyped for these cross-ups like Grasp and Terroar. Necro-Conda looks pretty decent, at least the renders...but this..?
