To legally own replica firearms in Australia, you need to have a legitimate gun cabinet, barred windows on the second floor like a gaol, lock them up when not in use, not have children around using them, and have police check your property every six months. Yes, this includes it you want to legally own MP36 in Australia. Hasbro would basically be only selling to America and Asia, cutting off the rest of the world. That's not happening I'm afraid.

There are ways for hasbro to have a megatron that transform into a gun - one is they make it similar like siege shockwave, they said it is a submarine but if you just turn it upside down its a gun - two is they make it transform into a cybertronian styled gun but still have some resemblance of his g1 gub - three is they just make accurate to the g1 but has an orange tip on the barrel but can be removed

Actually here in Australia, toy guns are now classed as immitation firearms. Storing them legally requires taking the same precautions as actual guns and we're required to hold a gun collector's licence, as well has have the police sign off on storing them being secure, in order to be able to have gunformers in our collections.

Devastation Optimus being a deluxe makes a lot of sense as I feel like he'd scale very well with the 86 Devastator.

Also if you wanted a tank Megatron in ss, just do the devastation version. Because that one actually does turn into a tank

Buzzworthy Bumblebee ROTB Optimus will be reissued for fans who couldn't get him before, looking forward to how cool AOE knight Optimus will be, and I hope DEV Optimus is from the TF Devastation game. That game was awesome. I heard from a Q&A session that a 86 Megatron would be a tank, because of gun laws. I just hope that the robot mode is so G1 accurate from head to toe, and to come with his gun mode as a weapon accessory to make up for it. Kingdom/Legacy Galvatron was awesome, besides the incorrect shoulders assembly from a few copies. So I wonder how different it will be for this upcoming SS86 figure. -From the Legacy sequel, I'm hyped for a new set of Combiners. The Aerialbots are scheduled to take flight. And Swindle is leading the Combaticons charge of a new Bruticus. Armada Red Alert, RID Skybyte, Animated Wasp, and G1 insecticon Venom are also on my list.

Cannonball is originally a repaint of the Cybertron red alert not armada so it is possible for the greatest autobots medic to get a voyager

YES! I'm so here for new Arielbots. Combiner Wars Air Raid was my first ever Transformer, so this new one I'm definitely buying when I find one in stores.

I gotta say, I’m really intrigued by every leak we’re getting (hopefully we’ll get some new Beast Wars figures leaks down the line too; mainly for guys like Big Convoy, Depthcharge, Rampage, and maybe even an Optimal Optimus). To give you the basic rundown of Widow Maker she’s who Stinger was originally meant to be in AOE. So she’ll probably turn into a Pagani. And the image you showed of her isn’t her only concept art; she has several with varying looks. I’m glad we finally got news for the SS 102 Optimus PR. Though it’s a little late for me since I got a copy off eBay already. I had a gift card, saw some guys were selling the figure for around $50, I couldn’t find anything else I wanted at the time so I said “screw it” and got the figure. And it’s a pretty good copy; I’m very happy with it. As for Galvatron, yeah I hope they give him a more animation accurate head too. That, alongside a more toon accurate purple and a solid plastic arm cannon, and maybe a taller back spike. The only way I see this becoming a new mold, or a more involved version of the Kingdom mold is if they want to give us a more toon accurate space cannon mode. But other than that the bare minimum they have to do for this figure is give him a new head and change the color’s a bit. And I eagerly await for the 86 Constructicons. I got all of the ROTF Constructicons and I’ll be sure to get these guys.

I really want a gun Megatron. I can already imagine every step of the transformation. Some people think it’d be too complex, but this is a LEADER CLASS. They have the budget for something more than a really bad tank mode with this! This is the 86 line. It is not illegal to make. It is a leader class, we are paying for complexity. The movie heavily used Megatron’s alt mode. We haven’t had a gun Megatron in mainline (that doesn’t suck) since 1984. Also I’m the one guy who likes the Earth Wars Flatline.

The reason megatron can’t turn into a gun is because he looks almost exactly like the gun he turns and that gun is probably obscure or something because it’s never in stores or I’m just wrong

I think the reason is thar retailers like target or Walmart may not be interested in a realistic gun and therefore not sell it, or maybe not ever interested in a gray abstract gun, but I'm not sure

The Voyager Armada Red Alert might just be the Cannonball repaint, but with his minicon partner right away. Like that powerlink Hot Shot. Also, I´ve heard that Hasbro has filed paperwork for copyrighting "Void Rivals", so Darak and Solila will soon get their own figures. Which will look nice at the feet of your Masterpiece Jetfire/Skyfire.

I think the best option for a SS Megatron is a bot who doesn't transform (preferably not a RED repack), and have a toy-size gun. You can recreate scenes in both modes, it can be screen accurate, and avoid and international market restrictions or other such hassles.

For the Heatwave figure, I think they'd take inspiration from Legacy Bulkhead but make a new mold. Bulkhead is an army troop transport truck, and Heatwave is a a firetruck, they'd have to add his ladder AND a new back of the truck, both of which would probably be horrendous cases of partsforming. The tarp on the back of Bulkhead worked because those trucks can have a tarp. Heatwave just won't work with the Bulkhead mold without heavy retooling, and at that point just make a new mold. But what do I know? I'm probably gonna end up eating my own words, and if I do, I'll come back and delete this comment.

The transformers One figures are from the new animated movie Transformers One coming out which is a prequel to Bumblebee. Sentinel Prime is said to be based on his Animated design chin and all.

I actually think the real reason 86 Megatron will be a tank is so that they can recolor him and rerelease him in the future as a Gamer Edition Devastation Megatron.

Two things I want to say about a couple of these listings: 1- I think micronus, though going to be a deluxe, he might be a short one like the animated bumblebee figure. Which would be fitting while still giving him more than a legends figure. Though I guess for those who don’t care, there is still the potp’s shite Micromaster toy from way back when. And 2- I think the megatron might be a triple changer. Where he’s both a gun AND a tank. The gun mode for the accuracy, and the tank mode for those that want to have the option for megatron to turn into.

Actually there is a law within New York where it is illegal to have a toy/replica gun be in Silver, Black, Camo paint colors. It requires that toy guns have to be garish colors with an orange tip along with the manufacturer name on the side of it.

Cannonball is a repaint of cybertron red alert not armada so im thinking the voyager armada red alert will be a different mold. If they can get us a screen accurate megs in bot mode that comes with a megatron gun accessory that starscream can hold i would be ok with it. After all he transforms and shrinks for other decepticons to use. And i think there is a chance the voyager constructicons will all be deluxe size but some with extra bits for the combination as they are all roughly the same size in the show.

Cannonball as Skids/Crankcase mold sucks as it trades a unique transformation for a generic car one. That being the front & rear of the car combining to form the legs, the sides the arms, & center the torso & head.
