You are amazing, I was asked to teach a hiphop Dance group for 4th graders without any experience in hiphop, and have decided to throw in some Break Dance for the fun, and you‘ve helped me soo much!
I appreciate the comment! I do give private online lessons, though the cost may be pricey. You can send me an email at FreeFocusDance@gmail.com if you are interested!
@@FreeFocusDance it really is one of the finest arts and expressions of the human body , I have so much respect for your skills and abilities , looking forward to learn these moves
One thing that I think is not explained is that the fast version isn't as clean as the slow version. Two moves are melted into one. Which makes it not possible if you try to do it cleanly fast.
For sure, it's generally always harder to make the move look clean when it's done fast. Start with a slow speed and slowly bring up the speed as you feel comfortable.
@@FreeFocusDance Yeah i slowed the video down to 0.25 and 0.5 in order to understand whats happening. Still trying. I think its definitely the hardest basic move. Thanks for sharing the knowledge.
@@FreeFocusDance Yes! I finally got a good spin in at the end of my workout today. Hopefully, I will get the whole movement soon. It's fun stuff. I am just learning to break because I thought it would help my fitness goals. It's killer and so good for my body! I've already toned up so much!
This particular move would be a few weeks/months. Breaking in general would take anywhere from 3 - 15+ years depending on what your looking to achieve.
