For anyone scared or who feels awkward dancing. Dancing and letting go was always a huge problem for me. I have always wanted to be a good dancer but I always convince myself not to. I finally was on the floor with everyone and just did simple dance moves. A random girl and her group started dancing with my friends and I and I feel great. I feel like I have gotten over my biggest insecurity and I can’t wait to go back tonight. Just have a couple drinks and do it. Don’t think, just listen to the music and enjoy yourself

This vid literally saved my life. You may not believe but I've been taking notes from it and analyse every detail I could possibly see and now after kinda over 1000 hours with it (learning every number by heart) I can say it's easy to dance on the BASIC level. You "just" have to provoke your brain and muscles to work together.

I practice with you already 2weeks daily 2h after work, already i see progress, even i brought attention of girls in clubs, but it doesn't mean i will stop training, i am staying with your channel. Because you, like most of us, don't like parties and don't go to parties because we look awkward dancing and are bad at it, so we wonder if there's an alternate universe in which we actually are good at club dancing and then like to party even though we know we don't even like the noise and crowds and drunkards

Omg yes!! Sweet moves!!! Thank you!! I danced for the first time the other day on roller blades really felt the beat and such for the first time This videos just made things so much better! I must admit I for sure I danced the whole video and got carried away with the rhythm and pulled whatever my body felt like doing 🤣 FYI I found dancing on blades/skates so much easier because you only focus on your upper body and your lower body kind just follows after a while.. hahah

I feel I can do it but I have always been so shy since I was young. I am 45 now but I always think that people are going to judge me. Sucks I can't break out of this yet at this age.
