Love this song! Quick question though: which is the fourth string that you fret for the G cord? I can't see, so the video is not helpful for me. One reason I love your videos so much because you are great at describing Fretz and fingering. Thank you!

Thanks for checking it out! Go to 2:14 - I put the two G major chord boxes on screen together. The extra fretted note is the 3rd fret of the 2nd string. This is a nice alternative and it's an easy change from the D chord to this G shape.
