Great job! Learned a lot. I noticed high tides had more fish on the graph. Does that mean they tend to bite more during high tide peaks? Enjoyed it.

On the high tide, fish will come into the shallows to feed so that's part of the equation

@@Aaron.Davis56 I always thought moving tide moves disoriented bait to trigger bites but that doesn’t seem to be the case.

The only time a high tide matters is when you’re fishing the flats, mangroves and shallow structure. Other than that, in the shipping channel, which is deep, doesn’t matter. What matters for me to fish is having a slower moving 2 tide day, 4 or 6 fish on the “fish activity “ chart and of course low winds. A falling barometer is good but that hard to time all the conditions perfect unless you have a lot of free time to watch the weather and go out. But those 4 tide trays with ripping tides, I avoid the skyway bridge columns and head to the shipping channel. Great question!

Before, during and after tide changes are the best times. The big chunks of chum sink slowly down and you drop you drifter jig in and let it sink with the chum. But the tides4fishing app is the best. I use that to plan each trip. Thanks for Watching everyone!
