Add alittle water, and some olive oil. Put them in ice cubes trays. Put in freezer. When frozen, remove individual cubes and put in a ziplock bag and store in freezer. They will keep for mothers. Was contemplating of getting a freezer. Thanks alot for the tidbits...alot of food esp the veggies from the kitchen garden.. carrots n tomatoes.just but a few to mention get wasted..n we loose a lot. This is timely.
Very true. Occasionally you may find yourself with excess produce and instead of letting it go bad, you can give away or even freeze for seasons when the fruit or veg is out of season. For example mangoes…when they are in season I freeze a lot and then when they are out of season I have frozen mangoes for my juices or smoothies 😉

I do store mine and they last long, I chagua them then wash properly and put them in a plastic container and cover airtight and put in the fridge not freezer. They last for over three weeks that's the much I've stored and cook while they're looking very fresh
