@@kieranwilliams2080 yes but the one pin has to be further in the lock so you cant pick it open with nail clippings, something so easily prevented not even masterlock could mess it up.
BY THE NINE, I'M SO GLAD I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT IMMEDIATELY THOUGHT THAT!! Just set the timer, and if you don't finish picking in time, *"IT'S ALL OVER, LAWBREAKER-"*
This lets me realize that people are genuinely good, because you never know how many lock picks someone may have and chooses not to use them out of kindness.
fun fact, i once opened a master lock with a bunched up tangle of a paper clip that i jammed into it over and over again, and jumbled around until it just opened, as a child (i had been grounded and my parents put a lock on the power cord so it couldn't plug into the wall)
Dude has serious skills and a complete different way of thinking when attacking locks difference between knowing how to think vs being taught what to think
I hope to make a lock that this person and the lock picking lawyer can't pick. I will probably fail and it will probably take me quite some time to manufacture, test, and improve.
Great video brother. I’m an independent watchmaker, specializing in vintage and modern Rolex repair and most of what you’re saying is spot on. I no longer am willing to authenticate entire watches. I am only willing to authenticate the movement and case. Had a huge scare with a replica seadweller. Original movement, but the case… somethin was wrong about the case. Had every single feature that the gen version has (same bezel click system, same rim for crystal) but the back Teflon gasket had something weird about it as well as the second backcase cover. Client got upset wit me that I could only authenticate the movement, but shit. I don’t even charge for authentication. Never really made sense business wise anyway. This video reinforced that thought. Thank you.
Man I'd been talking about learning lockpicking for years now, mainly due to watching LPL. I saw this video after your slick video (you know the one) randomly popped up, and checked out your site to buy a starter kit. Awesome stuff man, can't wait to get it going soon.
Thats a good idea..makes it easier than making the whole thing over and again plus its vercital. Might need to get more pins later on though once you'd done all you can with basic ones.
I got a cheaper one of these before but it had no instructions and I didn't know how to properly use it. Now it all makes sense. Wish I still had it now.
Bro I'm definitely gonna pick something up from covert I need an adult figit toy and picking a lock in my hand over and over all day sounds amazing right now
I bought one of these. And while I can pick normal 5 and 6 pin locks, the pins in this thing have a paint coating that causes them to bind where normal pins wouldn't.
The Gordon Ramsay of lockpicking: helpful and patient with learners and the humble, but absolutely vicious to those whose mouths write checks their skills can’t cash
This is super rad. Love it. What is so good when it comes to our planet or solar system. Is that there is always a logic system to every problem. What goes up must come down.. if it's made it can be un-made.. simple logic reality...
My Gpa was an old school locksmith and safe cracker. He taught just enough to get into places when I have forgotten my keys... and to impress friends when they have lost or forgotten theirs. Lol
I picked a three pin lock out of necessity one day from a key ring and random key it was epic because of watching these types of videos non stop our brains are truly great
