I used to listen Hindustan classical all time , finding hansdhwani raga from Hindustan Classical and I found this really I listened 20 time in at time this ..very beautiful....

Certainly not ... Hamsadhvani is extensively used in Hindustani classical and said to be borrowed into it from Carnatic music... Almost same in both... Malkauns in Hindustani is with Ga, Dha, Ni komal and Re, Pa varjya in both ascending and descending....

Madam, I am a beginner in music and find this series very interesting. The part of "Sri ranga ranganathanin" song u sang- I searched online for its notes and it says that part is in mohana raga, and the charanam is in hamsadhwani. But you have touched ni3 which I found confusing. Could you please clear my confusion?
