Learn the Hornpipe 

Thank you for this. I am re-learning hornpipe after 4 years of not dancing and this is so helpful.

Great video thank you!! This was my first time trying hornpipe and its SO HARD but I manage to do at least the first two

The way I have been dancing the second step is [1 shuf-] [+ fle] [2 hop] [+ down] [3 shuf-] [+ fle] [4 beat] [+ beat], but I am told that this is wrong. Are you able to tell me which movements come on which beat (or off-beat)?

When you break, does the hop come just before the beat and the step on the beat?

That was WAY more "professional" than this Morris dancer bloke who did the same thing. Well technically anyway, he did tell a story though it was a pretty good story. This is much too advanced for me. Ull stick to da Morris, it looks like fun but.
