It is interesting, to me, just how different the sequence of familiar moves is, even in the short form. North of the Border I have come across at least two different taught Forms, and ,, for example, Paul Crompton's short form is yet again changed. He, of course, comments on exactly this, as do other Masters. And yet, there is harmony in motion, and stillness.

I learned the Yang long form several years ago, unfortunately have forgotten how to do the form. I hope these videos are a good refresher! I am also wondering if there is a good VR-based course.
