You're a good man Damian! Really appreciate your playing and your wisdom!! Gonna have my kids listen to your wise words. Take a short cut to happiness with Damian Bacci and learn some awesome guitar along the way!
Another great video. Thanks Damian for your RU-vid lessons. No affiliation here other than just being a regular Jack...and guitar playing hack. I got Damian's DVD a few months ago and it's great. Easy way to support DB and learn from a great teacher and a good human. I recommend it to all. Keep on rockin' bro!
What a great guy! An inspiration! We truly help ourselves when we help others. I'm teaching my grandson the major scale on the MINI Stratocaster that I bought for him. Do, re, me, fa, so, la ti, do! Think you don't have anything to share with others; better think again! I see his eyes "light up" when he "gets it"!
Hi John. That's awesome that you're teaching your Grandson some things on the guitar. That's something he'll remember for the rest of his life. :) Keep on Rockin' DAMIAN
I just watched the double stop video and immediately subscribed! I liked everything about it , especially the inspiring words. I need to be more like you, not waste time and be more positive! Thanks, you're the coolest!
Damian "happiest man on Earth" - you're such an incredible person ; really appreciate your teaching skills, and your passion to keep alive some of my all time favorite styles (well, I'm not talking about axe throwing :-)). KEEP UP the good work, mate !
Hi Rico. I've had that poster hanging on my wall since the late 80s. :) I grew up in Long Island and the NYHC scene had a huge impact on me. Keep on Rockin' DAMIAN
Brilliant Damian.. You're an inspiration.. Nice to see you back with your Rockabilly lessons, which are always just the right length to give us lesser mortals a chance to learn without overload.
You'd think that the best part of this video is the solo lesson but it's actually the wise words at the end. It's NEVER too late to buy your dream guitar and start practising your dream solos on it. Get at it - NOW! Life is too short to wait for anything.
Damian, you've done again! Yet another great rockabilly instructional video. These are great licks to learn and play and use them in your very own bag of licks and tricks when it comes time to solo. Thankyou so much for posting this video. Cheers!
Excellent all-round lesson: introducing people to the musicians that inspired this; references to music theory and styling. On top of it all, you imbue your lessons with zest and enthusiasm that really cheers me up, especially during this depressing lockdown. Going to check out those recommendations too. More double stop lessons would be great!. By the way, your Ultimate Rockabilly course is fantastic. You're not only a great musician but also an extremely gifted and natural teacher who inspires. Kudos.
I don't know if you're a fan of Rev. Horton Heat, but a lesson on "throwin out the baby with the bathwater blues " would be great. Learn a lot from you keep up the good work!
Awh man, glad to see you back Damian :) Hope you had a great new year and stuff. I kinda miss you doing the chair spin, I was expecting to see that one haha. Anyway :) have a good one man!
Even though you throw hatchets, you seem like a really nice guy. I'm still in the beginning stages of learning the guitar, but as I get better, I'm definitely going to check out your DVD's. Rockabilly forever!
it's good when he tells you the name of the chord inversion and which chord he is playing over. sometimes when i see a long string of tab with no theory i acquiesce to defeat before i begin.
I have your DVD and your rockabilly download course. They’re fantastic. I wondered if you’ve thought about doing a course on rhythm playing. All those solo lines you play come out of your foundation of chord changes, IMO. Cheers.
Cheer up man you're a little depressed, LOL jokes man jokes. Every time you say welcome to my back room in sunny Florida I think I want to move to Florida. I mean if there will make me a sappy as you come on!?
Maybe ...one day ...(i'm a poet) ...nowadays musicians ...shave themselves ! ...beard dont fit everybody lol ! , i'm wonderin because i'm a poet ...does every musicians want bo look like father Christmas ? ...is it cool when you eat ? does it goes in your plate ? ...and ok your girl friend is very happy but just after do you clean it ? a shower ? at night do you comb it before sleep ? ...oh all thèses beautiful guys with that crapy beard ...its fashion ? ok ! let go and next time i would like to paint like picasso and make a living with it !
