Hi Elaine! Just remember, it's NEVER too late to learn a new skill! Also, please be very patient with yourself because often learning how to deal with the machine can be just as frustrating as actually using it to sew. There's lots and lots of videos like this one here on RU-vid, and even the "experts" have to refer to videos like this when they encounter something that's outside of their comfort zone. Best of luck to you, and enjoy it all! (I promise I'm not an employee of the company, I'm just a fellow fan of it.) 😊

Thank you for these basic instructions. I’m teaching a neighbour’s 8 year old daughter to sew and I needed a few extra ideas for our next lesson. Her mum doesn’t sew so asked me to teach her after she showed interest when I did a couple of small jobs for her. Your videos on cleaning our machines was good information also. Thank you.😊
