Hi Damita, the outer shells of many of these machines look very similar. We've worked directly with the same manufacturer for well over a decade now to produce all of our machines. This allows us to have a lot more quality control compared to other machines you might find on ebay or amazon. We also warranty all of our machines for 1 year and do the repairs in-house in North Carolina if something breaks. Plus, since our manufacturer supplies our workshop with the repair parts directly, we're able to repair machines that are well outside of the warranty window for a small fee and cost of parts. We're not aware of any other vendor in the US that offers any of that.
