Just had my 5th miscarriage. Typical OB/GYNs really don't care. I've had both kinds of miscarriage. I'm dead inside, and honestly don't feel anything when it happens anymore. The thing that I DO get worked up about is just how little the medical community cares about women's health and RPL. The research is scant, and "unexplained" is somehow an acceptable answer to doctors and researchers.

Can I ask you why you say advocate for your miscarriage? I hope you’re not one of those people that say I miscarriages the same as abortion those people piss me off but if I’m wrong and you are not doing that and thank you for giving people information and I appreciate you.❤

Could you do a video in the future about medications that are known or may cause miscarriages? It's something I've experienced multiple times in the biochemical stage and once in gestation in the past. Each time I didn't realize I was pregnant because I only get tender breast when pregnant and that's easy to miss. My emotions would go up and down drastically. Then after having the miscarriage all my symptoms would disappear and my emotions would be back to what is normal for me. I'd even produce a bit a breast milk afterwards. Going through that left my (ex)husband, me and whoever was my doctor baffled at the time. The miscarriage would would happen somewhere between 5½ to 7 weeks. The gestational miscarriage was 12½. The gestational pregnancy was the hardest because it was the 1st one I ever had. The memory and pain from that one has stayed with me for 17 years.

Can a chemical pregnancy happen before a positive test? I was experiencing pregnancy symptoms like breast tenderness on the left side only and that are not normal for PMS, or drastically heightened like smell and food aversions. I also lost interest in my coffee and chocolate. I stayed bloated from my last weird period until even now. Then I started spotting, then passing tissue with darker blood with cramps that were very annoying but also went into my legs. I felt like my whole body just wanted to crash to the floor. This does NOT happen with my periods. I took a first response test 5 days before my 'missed period' first thing in the morning, and this was after the tissue passing, and it was negative. All the symptoms have gone away except for the bloating but so far the spotting continues without major bleeding. I'm very confused because I have just been feeling so sad and couldn't stop crying the last couple of days. Again, not normal for PMS. I'm also 42, so that makes it all far more complicated.

I am positive after visiting hospital and doctor advise me to do pt again another day so I did it was positive after 4 days I bleed a lot heavy I’m scared lost and so sad😢

I had a miscarriage before 2 months. It was a 5 weeks pregnancy and suddenly started heavy bleeding at home and result was d&c... 😥 My question is when i should start to plan again for pregnancy?? I have 2 daughters before and it was a third pregnancy

@@drlorashahine I had 2 menstral cycle in 2 months and had heavy bleeding first 3 days... Is it normal? And after D&c is it possible to get pregnant soon? Is D&c harmful? As i heard that D&c is not good?? Plz doc can u tell?? I m feeling very low.. 😔

@@sairamuneer5380 I am so sorry for your loss. It can take time for your regular menstrual cycle to resume after a D&C - talk to your doctor if you have questions.

As a reproductive endocrinologist, my specialty is in evaluation and treatment of first trimester miscarriage. Some of the same testing and causes can be evaluated with any pregnancy loss But some are different❤️
