I did the same thing as Robbie when he turned at that junction but that Smart Car was turning into his road. I was waiting at a busy junction turning right, there was a gap but a short one to my right and there was a gap behind this car approaching me from the left. This car didn't indicate and turned at a constant speed into my road, so I pulled out thinking this car was going straight, I stopped inches away from their rear bumper. If they had carried on I would have made it behind into this gap just fine. I'm a learner driver watching RU-vid videos your RU-vid videos just to pass my test, I'm insured on my own car. My test is in a couple of weeks Monday morning. I have over 60 hours of my own driving hours no instructor. I've contacted every instructor but they're all fully booked.

Nice drive on the whole . The bits you think you need to get moving quickly don't really natter if you wait slightly longer for a safer gap, as you soon will catch back up to the traffic. Just relax about it

01:40 well done for not crossing the solid white line to enter the hatched area, as per rule 130 of the Highway Code, if there is a solid white line bordering hatched markings or chevron markings then you must not enter the area unless it’s an emergency.

09:24 well done for not overtaking on the left, there are 2 rules which apply to overtaking on the left, rule 163, which applies to non-motorways, only overtake on the left if the vehicle in front is signalling to turn right, and there is room to do so, stay in your lane if traffic is moving slowly in queues, if the queue on your right is moving more slowly than you are, you may pass on the left, rule 268, which applies to motorways and dual carriageways, do not overtake on the left or move to a lane on your left to overtake, in congested conditions, where adjacent lanes of traffic are moving at similar speeds, traffic in left-hand lanes may sometimes be moving faster than traffic to the right, in these conditions you may keep up with the traffic in your lane even if this means passing traffic in the lane to your right, do not weave in and out of lanes to overtake.

01:13 he made that left turn a little bit too fast in my opinion, I know the black car is blocking the junction so obviously no vehicles would be coming but I’d be going a lot slower than the learner just in case a motorbike or a cyclist was overtaking the black car.

I passed my test second attempt 🎉 on my test it was unexpected because the time i had it would have been quiet. But on my route an accident happened, there were temporary traffic lights everywhere and diversions. So times don’t always matter. My test was at 11:01am. He’s not a bad driver though.

The buses at the roundabout I do not agree with what he did That bus ahead was way back from stop line. He also flashed. Flashing means “I am here” Robbie did well to stop but that bus driver could of made the situation worse Someone could of misinterpreted what was going on Could of pulled out in front of the bus Or even worse Crash for cash.

Yes I agree with you. Robbie did really well to handle that situation
