Thanks for this video! Also, hopefully in the future, appreciate if you could do on more elaborated other types of mohawk (C-step) such as FO to BO and open and closed mohawk as well. I do feel, these other types are often neglected or less practiced than FI to BI, open mohawk.

I really can't wait to learn this. I've been trying for a year but I don't have the balance to transfer to the other foot.

Can you show how this applies on the adult bronze MITF patterns? That's where I'm the most stuck, particularly with with the RFI mohawk. I really struggle with the doing that mohawk at speed. Like on my power forward crossover pattern, I get going good and fast, but I cannot get the balance that I need to maintain the speed and the correct position to adequately make that step happen. It also really trips me up on the 5 step mohawk sequence.

We have previously done a break down of the 5 step mohawk pattern. Just search "Learning The 5-Step Mohawk (C-Step) Sequence (Moves In The Field)". Will definitely have to look at more MITF patterns to show how these Mohawks apply more directly!

I'm the exact opposite, and it's the main thing that's stoping me from taking my adult bronze moves! ARGH!!
