I think it's because you run diagonal only to cut after you hit the numbers. Works well epecially when you have a post route from the opposite side of the field.

Some draws do work. You just got to use runs that are a good against the fronts they have really.

It's a little different with the angle it takes. I don't know what to call it.

I wish it was in madden a lot more. Andy used to use it a ton with Tyreek Hill and would get tons of explosives when he was one on one out there. The initial inside stem creates tons of space outside for the QB to see what kind of leverage the WR gets on the CB and them just lob it into space and let the WR run underneath it.

Is there a link to how they set that up? I would certainly try to figure out how to protect up front against it to go deep.

@@XandoFootballhonestly it’s pretty good stock tbh. Stand over the Center and both OLBs come free. The main problem 6-1 gives is the front. It’s a solid and Titan front split down the middle of the field like this: 9 4 2 2i 3 5 9 “Titan front” side is on the left, good vs zone runs and doesn’t trigger the slide in pass pro (bc the Guard and Tackle have a head up match they can handle m2m) The “Solid” front creates problems against gap schemes bc you have every gap covered (which helps in pass rush as it dictates the slide) With Auto Flip on the Solid side is usually set to the run strength, but bc 6-1 is pretty symmetrical, they can flip it and you wouldn’t notice. But with this knowledge you can punish the front by running the ball, just have to understand what runs to use Edit: not to mention that the front is very single high dominant, so the Mike and Saftey can come in easily come in and change numbers a bit. Best place to go in that case is outside the numbers.
