Learning to listen: a defiance to the power of schizophrenia 

It doesn't always have to be about us! But sometimes it's necessary for us to make it about others. Sometimes we need to listen instead of always the ones doing the talking. We must be able to share the burden of another, instead of only burdening with our problems. Let's give and take, and walk this journey through life with an open mind and, an open heart. By practicing listening, the journey becomes more meaningful for all who are courageous enough to walk with us...ourselves included.
