More video's please. I just recieved my Janome 550e, and I want to learn to use it to the fullest. Thanks for the detail. That's just what I needed, especially about the threading part.

This is a fabulous video thank you! Can you un-send me the link of the video showing me how you thread the bobbin at the top of the machine ?! I’m stuck on that beginning stage 😆
That would be amazing if you could please! I literally just took my machine out of the box and tried to threat the bobbin at the top and it comes up with a picture of a bobbin and a “no” symbol next to it! No idea what I’m doing!!
My one just have arrived today from the same seller and I have found out that all the software are for Windows only! I have new Mac. I hope I have not done mistake buying this.
