omg never thought about making gloves! Can’t stop watching it

Thank you! These are fabulous! A few questions before I make a grave error. 1. At you able to line the leather first with a fabric of choice (glue into place), and then cut to the pattern and do the sewing? What issues did it cause to go this route? Does it make a difference if you are trying to hand stitch vs machine sew 2. If you are not able to line the leather first, do you sew the fingertips into one another so you don't pull the liner out? And what would be the best way to do that? Thank you again!

I really want to try this. I want to do it a little different and hand stitch the fingers on the outside like a motorcycle glove (cause that is what I would be using them for). Thanks for the video though, kind of boosted my confidence in how to go about making the pattern.

Great video. Any suggestions on working with something like python skin? I've used it before, so I know how tough it can be to work with, but I've never tried it for something like gloves, especially with the tight allowances and spacing on the gussets and thumbhole.

What type of material do you use for lining your gloves? I have a piece of deer hide that my father gave me long, long, ago. I think I will make a pair of gloves. Of course, I will make a practice pair first out of muslin. Thank you for the great video and pattern!
