I appreciate that they followed through with the tradition of not singing the lyrics too. Greg Baldwin and Paul Sun-Hyung Lee refuse to sing the lyrics because as Greg said, "It is Mako's song".

Love this song. It's still one of best yet saddest moments in the avatar series. You gotta fell for Iroh he's lost so much in his life yet he stays so humble. I cry my eyes out every time 😭

that loss is what made him humble man. iroh is the most perfect example of what the war does to even fire nation nationals. the saddest part is that he'd basically spent the time since zukos exile trying to warn zuko bot to take the same path as he did and end up loosing what he had to loose to learn the lessons he learnt. not only is iroh very humble and modest, but he cared enough to try and save at least one other person from the fate of lu ten and himself.

What makes it worse was that song was his voice actor's swan song before he died. That was his parting gift to the Avatar fans.

I had a mentor like him. Instead of tea, he liked to barbecue lol. He was kind even to those he disliked. He sadly passed away in July of this year. I miss him dearly, but the silver lining is that I get to share that kindness with others!

I love the touch of the candles & items on the little table as in a sacred altar. 🕯The rise of the music gives a feeling of hope. As in the sun will come up again after a dark night. Very beautiful. You should make a cover of the song iroh plays on his horn at the very end of the show when they are all sitting in his tea shop. There is only like 15 seconds of actual music but it's such a soothing tune it deserves to be expanded

There you go, water bending my eyeballs again 😂. Zuko/ Iroh are two of my favorite characters, and even though Iroh lost his son, he got to redeem himself through Zuko, and loved him as his own. Such a emotional scene, this was just as well done. Thank you for your cover!

Eliott, you are totally Awesome 🤜🤛 I’ve always wanted to hear (Leaves from the Vine) Uncle Iroh’s Song on the Erhu, for as long as I can remember. I absolutely love traditional instruments of China 🇨🇳 and listen to them everyday. All I can say it was “So Beautifully Bodacious” 🍵🌱💚🤜🤛 This Song alone has so much emotion to it, but played with the Erhu; was like all the feelings were pouring out into nature.
