Thanks again for looking at the new version! By the end of August all versions of all 3 Olympic class ships should be out. I'll be sure to let you know when they do!
You REALLY need to change your Scotland road, it's outdated. I noticed a window beside the barbershop, and the wheelhouse tiles in 1911 Olympic are green, is ParticularParticle's sailing simulations an inspiration? Particle has an accurate depiction of Scotland road, it could help.
Jesse: The third class accommodation is a bit of a maze. Me (maritime nerd): The third class accommodation on the Olympic class ships were known as the third class maze
Hey Jessie just thought to say this is quite a concept, I've always wondered what would happen if you kept the watertight doors shut. I should probably say sorry for not commenting for a bit, I didn't want to sound like some comment bot but I've kept up with the videos and it's great work per usual, keep it up. Sincerely Damien
She sank the way she did because, as you could see when you were inspecting the boiler rooms, the water does not freely flow through open passageways. It is restricted. In a way, you simulated the exact conditions of her actual sinking, with the most flooding happening at her bow, and then the water bottlenecking at the watertight doors. Only, in this case, they were not circumvented by the water going over the top, but by going through more slowly than expected.
Hi I love your videos I would love to see a test maybe another version of this boat or the same boat but to do a test and to make a video of it of the same boat sinking but this time close all the water tight doors on the ship and see if that stops the water for a certain time and then the water will continue to come in I mean this you want this test to be like how long a watertight door will keep the water from flowing in for a certain amount of time if the watertight doors will stop the water maybe permanently or temporarily I don't know that's for you to decide that's why I want you to do this same test that you're doing on this video with this same exact boat but with the water tight doors test.
Jessie I'm inspired from you and trying to start a RU-vid channel how do you have people talk in the background I've been trying all day but when my guest talks, I can't hear them in my video thanks btw I'm using discord as my mic
