I love Kibbeh.....make it frequently. Did she squeeze out all of the water from the burgoul? if you don't, the dough will be heavy and sticky and unuseable.
With all the nonsense that goes on around the globe if the opportunity arises I think everyone should experience as much food from different countries and cultures. This looks great. Everything just looks so appealing and appetizing.
@@jda9193 Prophet Isa (Jesus) peace be upon him is a prophet like Adam, Noah, Jonah, Abraham, Moses, John and Muhammad peace be upon them all. Prophet Isa (Jesus) never claimed divinity, there is no statement in the Bible where he says I'm God or worship me. Be careful with what you are saying, we Muslims believe in Prophet (Isa) Jesus just like we believe in all the other prophets from Adam to Muhammad peace be upon them all
From different cultures ???... Turkey???? 😮😒. As a half Lebanese i find that both offensive and a lie. The Lebanese food is originally LEBANESE. Ooh, we have a beautiful food culture and you give out a very harsh and ugly lie about OUR food.
Gabro Ego ... Wait a minute my dear syriac brother... where in my comment do i mention that i am Turkish?. I'm half Syriac(Suryoye) and half Lebanese, and i couldn't be more proud. I think you have totally misunderstood what I wrote. I'm against the fact they giving in this video by mention that it's Turkish food. Because our people are use to hear many Turkish people claiming that almost everything is originally Turkish, THAT'S what i meant by it.
Tabuleh is the best. But in this video the wheat needs to soak. Maybe a little longer. This is according to the amount and frankly, the sound I heard. This particular video is all my go Lebanese dishes when I have friends over. Thanks for your videos. I enjoy them very much. Being Lebanese, it’s interesting to see how slightly different the food is!
Yuk you don’t need to mix the tabouli with your hands and then clean your hands on top of it, use a spoon to mix them spoon or fork one spoon anything to mix it I cook I make Lebanese food I use gloves on my hands and I don’t even mix them with the gloves be clean neat
With all the nonsense that goes on around the Globe, if the opportunity arises, I think everyone should experience as much food from different Countries and Cultures. This looks great!!! Everything just looks so Appealing and Appetizing. 😎🇵🇭
I want to taste Lebanese dishes, but it's just limited to by watching only through channels.I have seen how it cooked prepared and as I observed it looks great.I hope that someday I can get there. But now that war occurs ,well it's better to just watch on RU-vid.And as I observed in Lebanon women are not restricted on what to wear. It's ok if they wears shots sleeveless dress or pants and not even wearing the Muslim traditional Abaya and Veil. And women, ladies, and girls look beautiful and men too look handsome. Thanks!
How do you know Turkey and France and discarding thousands of years of our history. It is like we did not have any food to eat until the foreigners came to our country. how stupid suggestion is this. It is like kebab is only Turkish? that means we did not know how to cook meat for thousands of years before even the name of the Turks even existed until the Turks arrived? come on open your eyes that most of our dishes cooked at home through our mothers are unique to Lebanon. How about the suggestion that they came to our country and learned cooking from us. has anyone ever thought about it. besides sultans and Kings use to bring the best cooks from around the world to add to their cuisine. we need to stop putting ourselves down since the down fall of Carthage and great Phoenicia that spread civilisation to the western world. Rome would have never ruled the world for a thousand years without the wealth of the Phoenicians. it is time to break the bondage and admit that we are the only empire that conquered the world peacefully
The soil of lebanon gives that fresh fruits , vegetables and farming . So if you eat it in lebanon the cuisine is prime. However Lebanese food is still good in canada or Australia or europe. Just my 50 cents. Further they say the soil of Palestine is top notch and can't be beaten where the olives amd the figs meet the same!
Did you say Turkey? Lebanon has been there far long before Turkey was formed. On the contrary Turkey copied the cuisines of the region. Mongolian food is far different than this region's food and cuisine. Refer to the following link for an idea of what the food of mongols looks like ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-cJBK2J902ao.html You should know now turks were originally mongols.
My husband has taught so much Lebanese foods yum I cook so many different foods now well try to but I still love my mashed potatoes and mixed veggies I grew up with 🤣 (I’m Australian)
GBraidi78 Okay so you say there's no Palestine which is entirely wrong simply Israel claimed Palestinian land it was originally palestine so it's Palestine will always be history supports this. do you even know what's happening to Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza settlers are stealing land, those are Palestinian land you dumbo. Palestinians have been robbed from their land how do you expect me to stay shut and not talk against genocide and haqq. I wonder if you didn't know Lebanese and Palestinians have the same ancestors basically they're our people. You sell out. Israel even tried to occupy Lebanon imagine we're in the same situation as the Palestinians and someone called Lebanon Israel and told you it's Israel not Lebanon deal with it. Wouldn't feel so good wouldn't it. You're embarrassment to us Lebanese people.
The Narrator is very articulate in stressing the process or procedure on how to prepare or cook the dishes ,especially the salad.I imagined the taste is great.
I have just started to learn cookery Lebanese cuisine and I would like to ask what is the best olive oil to use .loved all your recipes and I will subcribe to your channel keep these lovely recipes coming thank Uk
