So it has nothing to do with their legacy on the court, but it’s a part of their legacy as a human, MJ was the most marketable player ever, sold millions of shoes and was one of the most famous human on earth, and he was also a gambling addict .. That’s a part of his legacy, just like Lebron being called « The Chosen one », with extremely high expectations and the pressure that come with it because of his insane level since he was like 14-15, or being called « The King » because James is his name, just like the king james bible .. Or playing at a high level for so many years that he could not only play with his son, but win a title as the 1st or 2nd option with his son .. Or what about the fact that he built a school for poor childrens in his hometown ? Funny because he wasn't the 1 seed in every postseason and faced injuries in alot of his postseasons. Chris bosh was injured for most of the 2012 postseason and the heat had to comeback down 2-1 against indy and 3-2 against Boston. Went 7 games against indy in 2013. Then back on the cavs, Kevin love gets injured his first postseason there and is out for the playoffs, they went 7 games against the bulls and then kyrie goes out against the 60 win hawks that lebron had to beat by himself with role players that were worse than all 4 of the hawks best players.
