If being the goat is all about stats, nobody can touch Wilt. But being called a goat is subjective. It all comes down to personal feelings. When i watched mj play, i always had goose bumps. And i still get goosebumps whenever i watch his highlights in youtube. He made me want to play basketball. He made me want to wear his shoes. He is a global icon. I don't feel that with any other player during his time, or this time. I also like lebron, but he just doesn't give me that feeling of electricity. That's what makes MJ the goat for me, and noone can change my mind..

You can't say no excuses for Lebron losing to super teams in the finals while giving Jordan a pass for losing to great teams in the earlier rounds.
