Improvements to our 1991 Land Rover Defender Hi-Cap continue as I upgrade the tail lamps, running lights, and signals with a brighter and more reliable LED kit from Wipac.
Over the past year, I regularly fought with this old Landy's exterior lights. Whether it was a loose connection, a burnt-out or dislodged bulb, we haven't been able to drive around with the certainty that our tail lights were indeed working. Fortunately, the truck is so slow, the need for brake lights is almost moot.
Nevertheless, safety and visibility are paramount, so in this epsiode, I get the lighting issues sorted once and for all!
